In your case, although the deck looked very grimy (full of moss,mold, mildew) i didn't notice any signs of rot. So we agreed for you to give us a chance to thoroughly clean the deck, stairs, and fence, and if, after that we found rot, to go ahead and address those areas. We were lucky to find zero rot! That's always good news. We waited for the deck, fence and stairs to dry very well and we proceeded to apply a quality oil based semi solid Cabot stain that transformed the appearance completely. Not only was everything clean, but now everything had a rich tone and will be extremely well protected against sun, water damage.
