I have an older home and the awnings on the front were in shreds, Capital City replicated and replaced them perfectly. I was totally happy with the customer service and the end product. Excellent company.

Capital City replaced our awning fabric on our existing Advocacy Center building last fall. It required the removal of all awning frames, taking them back to their shop, installing the new fabric, and re-installing the awnings back on the building. The project was well managed and the coordination of the project was handled well. I was kept informed of the schedule and progress. There were no issues during construction and the staff in the building were not affected by the work. The administrative staff in the building were happy with the installation. The scheduled deadline was met and the project turned out really well. Nice work.

Mid summer 2012 I had a new awning made by and installed by Capital City Awning (Brian Packer). What a wonderful experience it was! This was a necessity due to storm damage that ripped off my prior awning along with some aluminum siding. The siding was one part of my job and Capital City Awning finished the work. The two gentlemen from Capital City who installed it were extremely professional, totally knew their job, very informative in instructing me on how it worked. Together we worked at determining the right pitch and angle of the awning as it romotely extends out and rolls back in at any distance I choose. Highly recommend Capital City Awning!

The absolutely best experience! We lost our awning during a snowstorm; Capital City came out immediately to do the insurance estimate, gave us great advice on the style of the replacement, as well as coordinating awnings on the rest of our historic building. The installation crew was professional and pleasant to work with and this very large and complicated job was completed in less than four days. For the past three years, Capital City Awning has taken care of our two awnings we have installed on the back of our condo. They come out every spring and install both awnings and then again in the autumn they remove both awnings and store them for the winter. We have had them replace both awnings since we bought our condo; the replacements were of quality construction and were obtained at a fair price.
