Covertech built an aluminum pergola for our back patio. It was a small job, roughly 10' x 10'. Jimmy did the installation and was informative and friendly and did a beautiful job. So far we are very happy with the results and can highly recommend Covertech if you are looking at a similar project.

A year ago I wrote a review for Covertech and that was the only way I received any interest in fixing the problems I was having with my patio resurface. They came out to inspect the issues with color variation and blistering and peeling. We agreed to a total resurfacing of the patio for $2500. That was completed the fall of 2018. Within a week there was blistering and peeling. They came out to fix these issues, but the color did not match. In the spring of this year I called regarding further peeling and color mismatch. They came out in May to look at the surface and said they would be back within a month to fix the problems. They never came, so I called back in June and was told that Rich, the owner, said they could not come back to fix the patio unless I took down my negative review. Who runs a business like this? It is apparent that they can not do a patio resurfacing in a professional manner--in other words, even if they were willing to come out and fix the issues, they don't have the ability to do it. I will gladly take down my negative reviews if they refund me my 2500 wasted dollars.

My neighbors recommended Covertech so we had them resurface the concrete decking around our pool ten years ago. We have maintained it as recommended but it has had some serious chipping and peeling issues. When they have come out to fix these in the past, the surface finish and paint hasn't come close to matching the original. Now I have a patio that continues to have chips, is dull and faded, and has a variety of colors. I was told the surface wasn't applied correctly originally, but Rich has not taken responsibility to stand by his workmanship and instead suggested that we used ice melt, damaged it with shovels, used the wrong products when cleaning it---none of which are true. I am very unhappy with the product itself and deeply dissatisfied with the lack of responsibility of Rich in making this right for us.

Rich and his crew are outstanding! Period. They are professional,on time and provide a quality product. I have worked with them on many projects,myself and all my clients are extremely pleased with the workmanship,product and professionalism they perform. I would highly recommend Cover Tech!

We had CoverTech build a motorized-louver patio cover. The process from design, estimate to installation was top-rate. The finished product really polished our yard. We have had others comment on the cover and we have recommended CoverTech to interested neighbors. Nice company to work with. Highly recommended.
