Creative Homescapes

Would not hire, nor recommend this company. They do not live up to their word and promises to stand by there workmanship. A patched up pool liner that they have tried to fix five times, that does not fit properly and continues to leak at one inch a day is not acceptable. But the owner says our request for a new liner is unreasonable. They also do not come out to fix other issues when they say and don't even have the courtesy to make contact to say why. This is only the tip of the iceberg, everything with this company seems to be a headache. Save yourself a migraine and use a reputable company that cares about there workmanship.

Worked with Creative Homescapes on my backyard. Highly recommend them. Worked my wife and I to design the backyard, and working with me to break it down into stages. Any issues that came up - as all jobs do - Creative Homescapes immediately made them right. Amazing customer service, which I've found rare. 100% will be using them going forward.

Tried to have this company do work last summer & met with a salesman, told him I'd come in to see some of their products. He insisted on me waiting to come in until he had the quote done, weeks passed. I called & left a message & never heard back from him or the company. Too bad looks like they do good work but obviously they didn't need my business so would not recommend them

This company provided landscaping at my new home prior to moving in. They were timely and professional. I will recommend them to anybody.

I recently had a vinyl fence installed by Creative Homescapes. From my initial contact with Mark to the finished fence I found the service very professional,courteous and prompt. Mark came to do the estimate and he assured me that everything would be taken care of and it was. The installers Ken and Keane were very efficient.They cared about doing a good job not just getting the job done.They seemed to take pride in their work. Because of this positive experience I will definitely use. Creative Homescapes .again Derna Gobbo

The landscape designer was professional and skilled. The hardscape (stone patio and walls) installers were absolutely fantastic. The carpenters and landscape workers were professional and worked hard to complete the project. Overall this was a very positive experience. The only serious downfall for this company - and it is a serious one - is their lack of follow up or response to customers calls or emails. You can wait days or weeks for a response. They are quite pleasant when you do connect with them, but the sheer effort of making contact about even the smallest question or issue is a concern. Even when you are asking a question about future work or purchases, they have trouble responding in a timely manner. This is an issue I have experienced with a number of suppliers/contractors, however for some reason this company was about the worst with this issue. It is really a shame, their work is stellar and I would think seriously about using them again - if only they could fix their lack of communication with customer issues. I have and would continue to recommend this company for their creativity and quality of work but feel it necessary to add the caveat about the challenges in having responses from staff with the company.
