My project was to remove existing pavers / coping around the pool. Started by Nick coming by to discuss. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered many suggestions with explanations of why, which I greatly appreciated. They also have standards on installation that ensure this is a long term installation, which I also greatly appreciated. They have a great showroom where you can mix and match different color combinations of pavers to actually see what they will look like. This was comforting as picking colors from a catalog usually don’t reflex the actual look. Jack the field foreman was also knowledgeable and good communicator. Informed me what would happen when. The actual installers, Steve and Cam were great guys, as well as others that periodically showed up to help. They also didn’t mind any questions and explained perfectly. Had a concern with cover being off pool after closed and leaves, debris getting in. They took great care to insure both were removed daily as well as cleaning up work area. Work was finished on time, aside from weather delays and in amount agreed to. Totally satisfied with this project, would recommend Creative Pavers anytime.

Job started and finish when they said it would. The time they were here to work they were very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. Any time I had questions one of the workers would stop what they were doing answer my question and explain things to me. My patio came out incredible beautiful. I have neighbors drive by when I'm sitting out on the patio and stop and tell me how good my yard looks with the patio and landscaping they did. I'm 100% happy with my dealings with Creative Pavers.

We had a wonderful experience working with Creative Pavers on a large project that involved creating a covered deck off of our house (with elements of stone facade, shiplap, in-ceiling heaters and lighting) and re-doing our backyard pavers. The entire experience - from design through build - went smoothly. The team was incredibly helpful in making sure we were comfortable with the products and design decisions we were making, and I was always able to get a hold of our designer or one of the owners to discuss any questions we had. The finished product came out more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we now have a whole other living space we can use outside our home. I would highly recommend Creative Pavers to anyone, and we will certainly use them again in the future!

Very pleased with how the back project turned out. We went with them because they could handle a larger deck and patio project themselves and it was a very seamless process. Crew was great and designer was always available to answer my questions as things were going on. Project took a little longer than we hoped but they were there every day making progress and we had a bunch of things we were particular about so that may have slowed things down. Overall when everything was completed the project turned out better then we had hoped. Very happy with them.

Hard-scaping is a difficult and often dusty project. The Creative Pavers team did an excellent job, the whole time keeping the project as neat as possible. The COO was very flexible with design revisions when needed. The CEO came out and completed final project touches on his own, and stayed to review and talk about proper care of the hardscape. He even left some additional materials. This was a relatively small project, yet I feel we received full support. Professional from the contract signing to the project completion. A hard working, skilled and well managed team - a solid organization

Although I'm happy with the deck itself and fire pit turned out nice, I had major problems with this company and would steer people away from them. First, they removed a concrete pad before putting in the deck, claiming it was necessary in order to put in footers, even though in retrospect they didn't have to, and as soon as it rained my basement flooded, so they put in a new concrete pad, realizing they had goofed in taking it out in the first place. Their insurance company covered my loss, but I had to pull up my entire new flooring in the basement because it was destroyed by the flooding. Nightmare. They also destroyed about 25% of my lawn by placing the lumber on it while they performed the work for a couple of months. Just like the previous reviewer, whose grass was destroyed. They said they would reseed and take care of the grass but the reseeding job was a joke, the new "grass" is just crabgrass and weeds, and all of the grass around the deck looks terrible, it's going to cost at least $1000 to take care of the grass now. I think Nick is a nice guy, I think he's well-intentioned, I think he sincerely wanted me to be satisfied with the job, I just don't think he has put together a professional group of workers to perform this kind of work, I think they made some really bad decisions, and the damage that a crew of workers can do when they don't know what they're doing is really significant.

We had some issues with our job but Nick took the time to listen to our concerns and address them. We have a beautiful patio and outdoor kitchen and would recommend their design services and overall work.
