We love our carport! It’s beautiful! Todd was professional and friendly. Listened to us and guided us, conscious about the work and meeting our requirements. I would definitely use Dal-Rich again.

Dal-Rich is great at what they do. Top quality product, on time, they complete projects when they tell you. I’ve used them to add a beautiful patio in my back yard and we are in the early stages of having them build a pool for us as well.

We have our dream patio now, thanks to Todd and his team. Professional from start to finish and listened to us along the entire project. Made sure the end result was not only what was in the contract but also what we had envisioned! Wish we had done this project 10 years ago! Thanks Todd!!

Dal-Rich Design & Construction Inc did an incredible job on my out door living area. 480 sq ft of covered outdoor living space with stone fireplace and 480 sq ft of stone decking on the outside. It seemed to be a difficult task since we have a C shaped house, however Todd Lueke made it work. He was very informative and creative and made out a nice layout of what we have conceived for outdoor living area!

Dal-Rich had installed a fence for my other house 20+ years ago. Incredibly that fence from 20+ years ago still looks great! Hence, when I bought my new property, I already knew that Dal-Rich would be installing the new fence and design for the pool area. Dal-Rich owner, Todd came up with a great design for the backyard area: -concrete deck design/layout that fit unique pool space -lighting feature so now pool area can be used equally at night vs just the day (by the way pool area looks great in the evening!) -Black gravel rocks for all edges (which gave the pool area a very complete look) Todd was also very helpful in discussing water run-off recommendations; ensure that during TX storms all water drained properly from the new concrete deck. Hence, overall, great design/ideas from Todd and team. In addition, he has the hardest working team in the business! His team was at my house for a few weeks and they were all very easy to work with. I already know I'll be calling Todd again to assist with the new fence/pool area design for the next home I purchase! ;)

Todd and team did an excellent job on our front porch. The quality of construction is unsurpassed. This was the second project Dal-Rich completed for us and we have been more than satisfied each time. His crews are professional, courteous and clearly take pride in the work they perform. Highly recommend for any project you are considering.

Todd and all of the staff that worked on my project were fantastic! Todd is very responsive to your needs and questions and has a great eye for design choices when you need help. Todd and his staff are very trustworthy and they pay attention to detail. They took care of all of the permitting requirements and kept me informed during the entire project process. It took me approximately two months of meeting with contractors to finally find a company where I was happy with the person selling/managing the job, the quality and the overall cost of the project. Todd and the Dal-Rich team were great to work with and my wife and I could not be happier with the finished project which was a large patio build out/extension with an added island BBQ grill. Todd was involved from day one with the design and management of the project and extremely helpful along the way with design elements. The quality was exceptional and the overall experience very positive which is why I gave Dal-Rich five stars and would highly recommend them.

We had a terrific experience with Todd and the Dal-Rich team. From the first meeting he listened to what we wanted and came back with a design that blew us away and was on budget. He laid out the plan and timeline in advance so we knew what to expect and when. He dealt with our HOA and handled all permitting and planning so we did not have to mess with any of that. We absolutely LOVE our outdoor covered patio, and our only regret was that we had not done it sooner! We had met with four companies to explore our vision for building a resort-like, covered patio that would be used for entertaining and could be used year round. We ultimately chose to work with Todd Leuke from Dal-Rich, because he knew exactly what we were wanting, and knew how to make this project come to life. During our design meetings, Todd was a professional, never pressured us, and when our “wants” started creeping over our budget, Todd made excellent, alternative suggestions to keep us within a budget we felt comfortable with, and with no hidden surprises. Our project included a covered and uncovered patio, lighting, tv and speaker wiring, tongue and groove ceiling, grill station, fire feature, and flush mount heaters. We really enjoyed working with everyone on the Dal-Rich team, (special shout-out to Tommy), and the craftsmanship shines through. Dal-Rich has not only added value to our home, but they’ve created many future memories.

I hired Dal-Rich in 2018 for the construction of 3 pergolas and stone flower bed borders. The materials and workmanship were spectacular. The people that worked with me were very attentive to my requests, very professional, and friendly. The price of our project was slightly more than competitive bids but the extra value I received from the quality of work gave me confidence that I made the right decision. I would highly recommend using Dal-Rich and suggest contacting the owner Todd directly as he is a great professional who listens well and is highly involved in all aspects of the project.

Our journey to find just the right builder representing great design and build quality led us to the team at Dal-Rich. Our Pavilion is complete with a large fireplace and full kitchen for family gatherings. Now that we have enjoyed time around the fireplace on chilled evenings with friends and family, we can't wait to experience our extended living space with our kids and grand kids this summer. We contacted numerous design companies, but Dal Rich - Todd, the owner was the only one that followed thru to the very end of the construction. We had an idea of what we wanted, but Todd expanded on our ideas and we are thrilled with the results. We put in a complete outdoor kitchen, arbor, lighting, granite counter tops, fire pit and fireplace and extended our patio seating area. It is gorgeous and we love it. The craftsmanship is excellent and we would definitely use them again. All of their employees are accommodating and efficient. Allison, our project manager, was amazing and on the spot anytime we had questions or concerns.

We absolutely love our custom arbor that was added to the large patio that Jeff designed specifically for our house. We received bids from almost every awning company in the North DalLas Texas area and no one was able to match their quality or experience. This company's professionalism and workmanship was excellent. The the total time it took them to do the job was about five (5) days. If you are looking for a custom design for your home and a company that stands behind their work, Dal-Rich Design & Construction is your only choice. Zero follow-up. Had an initial meeting, took pictures to then come up with preliminary design ideas and then just disappeared. Seems like a great company with cool designs, but the (potential) customer experience and follow through needs work.

I am absolutely thrilled with the professional job that Dal-Rich did in designing and installing a beautiful outdoor living space in my backyard. I conducted a great deal of research before engaging Dal-Rich for the project and couldn't be happier with the results. They carefully listened to what I envisioned and created a unique layout that met my entertainment needs. I'm a stickler for details and Jeff worked closely with me throughout the entire project to ensure that Dal-Rich exceeded my expectations. We are preparing to start on the landscaping phase next and I can't wait to see the outdoor oasis that Alison creates!

I hired Dal Rich for an outdoor patio/pergola project and completely regret that decision. Todd (owner) was extremely responsive at the outset, responding to questions quickly, providing nice drawings/designs, updated quotes, etc. 4 full months into a "few weeks" project and things are still not complete. Hopefully Todd and his team will make things right.

DAL-RICH should be your ONLY choice! This summer (August 2015) we decided to have our dream patio built. We received many quotes from local companies yet regrettably we decided to hire a different company with whom gave us a lesser quote. We wish we would have just gone with Dal-Rich from the beginning. As the saying goes; "You get what you pay for"! The first company took our money and never finished the job. **Please know that sadly there are many local companies that have been taking people's hard earned money NEVER intending on completing the work- but NOT Dal-Rich! Frustrated and thousands of dollars poorer, we called Todd at Dal-Rich and hired them to do our outdoor fireplace and stone work to help complete the project. I can not express in words enough the professionalism, quality of work and expertise that Dal-Rich gave us. After a few conversations Todd drew us a design of exactly what we wanted! If only we had trusted the brand and quality of Dal-Rich first; we wouldn't have had to go through the horrific experience and lost money to an inadequate company. We should have just hired Dal-Rich in the first place. Honestly, Dal-Rich should be everyone's first choice. The end result was a higher quality of workmanship that we never believed we would have in our own backyard. The stone work and complete fireplace is truly a work of art. The employees take pride in their craft and are some of the best you will find in the DFW area. We are still in the process of completing our patio however I am sharing with you a few pictures of the end result as of the day I am writing this review. We used Dal-Rich to install a pavilion roof over our patio deck. Jeff arrived as scheduled, listened to my ideas, then offered more REALISTIC suggestions which I appreciated. He did not try to sell me unnecessary add-ons and that was refreshing. The work was done in a timely manner and we are very pleased. The different work crews needed for this project were all very professional, tidy and timely. We are pleased with our project and recommend Dal-Rich, and we will use them again for our second project next summer!

We hired Dal-Rich to create a new backyard for us. They built us an outdoor living area and pool. We love what they built us. It is beautiful and we enjoy using our new backyard.

This review is to commend Dal-Rich for wonderful job the team did on our back patio and landscape. My husband and I have two children, one of whom has been dealing with serious health issues. We've spent the past two years in and out of hospitals. When we spoke with Danny and Todd about wanting to create an outdoor space to enjoy as a family when we are home and not in the hospital, they knew exactly what we had in mind. Todd designed a beautiful outdoor space and landscape that fits well with our needs. The project turned out well. We are very happy with the end results. The team was very professional. Allison, our landscape expert, was very professional and friendly. My two boys enjoy the space very much. We spend more time outdoors now because of the new patio. I highly recommend Dal-Rich for any outdoor design and construction needs. It's difficult to find a professional design company that does honest and good work. Dal-Rich designed and installed a large arbor over our back patio. The quality of the wood they used and their overall construction standards were really impressive. I looked at about 5 different companies when making this decision and chose them on reputation within my neighborhood and overall value. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and I've even recommended them to my in-laws!! Need I say more??

Dal-Rich extended my patio, put in a new sidewalk and built a cedar patio cover for our home. I was concerned about light because the French doors to the patio were the only source of natural light for my kitchen. Jeff Ellis suggested a design with a gable and that has worked very well. My husband had concerns about drainage and the construction team lead, Abel, came up with an excellent solution for that too. Our experience with this company was very positive. They listened and addressed all our concerns. The three teams, construction, roofing, and concrete were all very professional. We were especially impressed with Abel. My patio cover is well built and enhances the house. I'm sure it has added more value to the house than the cost to construct it.

This is the second fence Dal-Rich has built for me. The first time, I just had them build it because I had seen their sign on some fences that I thought looked good, but not having had time to compare prices with other fence builders. I thought they charged a pretty penny, but then I watched the fence get built in no time at all, and more importantly, I watched that fence survive being a backstop for my kids' lacrosse and soccer goals. Ball after ball, whack after whack. The fence never failed. It never titled. It never leaned. It looked great for the 10 years that we lived at that house. However, I was sure to get bids from other fence builders at my new house. Dal-Rich was only marginally more expensive. But their warrantee was better, and the construct of the fence is MUCH MUCH BETTER than what was bid by the other, less expensive bids. The posts are set deeper in concrete, spaced closer together for strength and stability, straight and level, and BEAUTIFUL. They took my old fence down, dug up the old posts and concrete, removed all the mess, built my fence, and cleaned up very well, and it was done in a very timely fashion. Many of my neighbors have complimented me on it, and I have NO RESERVATIONS about recommending Dal-Rich for anybody else's fence. They were at most 5-6% more than 3 other bids I received, but you get what you pay for, and you pay for what you get. I would definitely have them build another fence for me in the future. I don't even feel the need to bid it to other companies. It's that good.

Six months and project not finished; nonetheless we were contacted about closing the permits. What was built was not what was designed/contracted; asked them specifically to build as close to the set-back as legal but they didn't. Workers blamed for design defects that caused water damage inside home. Haphazard and patch-work design change without our permission; had to contact a lawyer to get one corrected. Not trustworthy.

We had 5 different roof lines to deal with when we wanted to add an outdoor patio cover. I wanted a vaulted roof, other contractors tried to get me to put in a sloping one. The ones who quoted me for a vaulted roof wanted to put in multiple post supports, which aesthetically would look terrible. Todd understood what we wanted and his workers did exactly what he promised and they tied everything in so it looked like it was part of the original structure. They understood engineering so I ended up with only two post supports. We LOVE this patio and EVERYONE is impressed when they visit. Get a bid from him, he looks a lot more expensive than he is! That's what we want, right? He was HALF the price of one of my bids and a little higher than my lowest bid which had a sloping roof and would have looked cheap. This is one of the few companies that I recommend.

My wife and I were very impressed with Dal-Rich. They had come highly recommended, and didn’t disappoint. Our new deck and patio update was probably a small project in the scope of things, but they made us feel like a priority. Up front, our contact person Jeff answered all our questions and helped us get HOA approval. Our construction team, led by Abel, was professional and detail-oriented. And perhaps most helpfully, Dal-Rich was able to coordinate landscape electricians seamlessly into the project, without losing a lot of time or causing confusion over responsibilities.
