Stay far away from this company. Their only concern is saving as much money as they can. They will cut every corner possible. The finished product will be nothing like what they promised and when things go wrong after you’ve paid them they won’t come back to rectify. Dave may seem friendly and charismatic but don’t trust him.

I have more flexibility on several projects impressed with his professionalism and quality of his ideas. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for a custom water feature, patio, or deck.

RUN.....do NOT do business with this company unless you are looking for an unprofessional/unreliable company to throw your money to. Very expensive - waited 30 hours for them to show up for snow removal, one excuse after the other. Never showed and left us stranded after the blizzard - never called. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Overall, they did a great job for us in our back yard, which is very hilly and slopes down. Among other things, they built a stream and pond, added fill and placed more than 50 tons of moss rock boulders for decorative and soil retention purposes, built steps and patios and planted a number of plants, shrubs and trees. The owner, Bill Renter, has been responsive when we needed them to come back to fix or adjust things here and there.

The Deck and Patio, led by Bill Renter, designed and constructed our pool patio, retaining wall, entertainment deck/island, and completed all the necessary excavation to build an extravagant and functional pool and entertaining area. His team was professional, courteous, and receptive to all our requests, including some late additions and necessary drainage issues that developed. Bill is extremeky easy to work with and takes great pride in constructing high-end outdoor living areas. His price was competitive, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Deck and Patio to anyone looking to build the finest quality outdoor living space.

The job I hired D&P for was to make my multi leveled narrow back yard a "pond" like pardise. Our requirements were a 16x36 pool, patio, diving rock, waterfall, firepit, slide and a separate jacuzzi, which at first seemed impossible. This was not your typical installation. From day one Bill had the vision, put it to a plan, and did everything he could to explain how it would all work and it all came together. The first challenge was that there was no easy access to the back yard. We negoatiated with my neighbor to allow us to use their yard to get to ours (at job completion, Bill built them a paver walkway which they are very happy with). Since trucks didnt have access, they had to run dirt all the way from the back yard through the neighbors, then to the street. Bills vision was to raise the pool 2 feet above ground and build it to help mitigate the hill he was building into. He also used 28 tons of moss rock boulders to retain and make it look natural. There is stacked slate on the front pool wall and firepit to tie into existing patio walls. The separate jacuzzi is a 6 seater which is also surrounded by moss rock boulders. To wrap it up, Bill flowing plants and landscaping. I asked for paradise and I got it. Bill and his project manager Dave really delivered quality products and came through for us. As with any large project in a difficult space, there are a lot of decisions to make and we did this pretty easily (I am not easy to please). And when there were any small issues, Bill and team addressed them professionally. If you looking to hire a professional team for a medium to large project, I would recommend them.
