Shipped damaged merchandise and then ignored me after repeated attempts to return it or get a refund. RDI products are available from plenty of places that operate with integrity, unlike Deck Expressions

Best customer service ever. One of my rails were damaged during shipment and Alexa called and followed up multiple times to be sure everything was taken care of and I was satisfied. This is a great company and I will order again.

Slight damage, scuff mark, to one of four 6x6 RDI Vinyl post sleeves. Hideable so no big deal. No damage to rest of order. Great service. Will buy from them again when I build back porch. The RDI sleeves fit the 6x6, actual 5.625”, post very well, about 1/8”, maybe less, room extra. Same with the 4x4 post sleeves as well. Looks great

Excellent customer service also. Called back quickly, help processed payment. Very Good Product, It comes with plastic warp for each sleeve, so no scratches! Just perfect size. 4by4 is 3.5", inside of sleeves is 3.75". Very strong and adorable. Will guy again. Wish they start making the sleeves for 2 by 6 , haaa...haa... that would be nice! Love it, highly recommend!
