Deck Guardian

Deck Guardian did an amazing job on our deck! The entire team was extremely professional from Raul, David and his entire crew. They cleaned up each day they worked and they finished the job right on time! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new deck or a resurface. You won’t be disappointed. Kudos to Deck Guardian and the entire team! I will finally enjoy sitting out on my deck again!

Did Deck Guardian need one more review stating how great they are at building decks? No. They are the premier deck creators in the area, you know this. I am writing one however because I don't want you to miss having the best, building your deck. I remember looking at the price quote from Deck Guardian and saying to myself are these guys crazy? Now I look at my finished deck and reflect on the process from selections, architect plans for township approval, township permits, township building requirement like soil disturbance area, the delivery of materials, the removal of garbage materials, clean up of work area at the end of each day, the professionalism of the work crew, the quality of the work, the building process, the professionalism of the project managers and office staff, they addressed any concerns I had, provided additional materials at no extra cost so that my deck would have the look that I wanted, and I can go on and on. I would have been crazy to go with another contractor to build my deck. Please do your research of course but Deck Guardian's reputation is well-earned. I would recommend them to my family and friends. If I have a deck project in the future; I would work with Deck Guardian again.

The Deck Guardian team was amazing from start to finish. From the initial onsite consultation and showroom visit with Raul, to permitting process and the fast and seamless build itself, we were so impressed with the team's work ethic, response times, and general helpful nature. And of course the final product, which we're thrilled with. Their pricing is competitive and the process was straightforward and incredibly efficient.

Very well organized and a fine substantial product. A thoroughly professional company and a complete service. Recommended to anyone having a deck built.

It was a great experience with this company, everything went so smooth they came to my house to check on estimate then I went to the company to look at the material then I selected everything and then I please order and then they took permission from Township and that’s it delivered the material at my home and within one week the deck was ready the people were coming every day they were working till late to finish the work everything was fabulous above expectation I love my deck

We installed a large deck in our rear yard. Deck guardian was terrific!! They were on time, on price, did beautiful work, our neighbors are jealous. They made the entire process so easy. I highly recommend deck guardian

Ok, So I’m going to leave this review short and sweet because I know you will be looking at all the other reviews here, like I first did. Deck Guardian is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! From beginning to end, everything went so smooth. First, Raul from the sales team came by to draw up the idea I had with my deck in the backyard. Within a day or 2, I had the estimate and the visual of how the deck will look in the yard. From there, David, my project manager was in constant contact with me letting me know the process of the upcoming weeks. We had a 2 man team of Bose and Milan, who were absolutely phenomenal, construct our deck. We hit a little snag in the middle of our project because my township was delayed in sending us what we needed to finish the project, but that was not on Deck Guardian and that did not stop David from continuously keeping in contact with me with daily updates on what is happening. Finally our deck was done and my family loves it. We get compliments on a daily basis from friends, family, and neighbors. I can’t thank everyone from Deck Guardian enough and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to do their decks. I know I said I would keep this review short and sweet but I guess there was too much to write in regards to Deck Guardian and their full team of workers. Thank you guys again, for everything and hope this review helps out anyone who might be second guessing there decisions.

Can’t say enough about the exceptional Deck Guardian Experience from start to finish! The entire team from project planner/estimator, project manager and project construction crew were friendly, courteous, professional subject matter experts. It was truly refreshing to work with a team who was ultra-responsive, organized, experienced and accountable. They kept us informed every step of the way and perfectly executed everything they promised and then some, completely exceeding our expectations. I do not normally write reviews, but wanted to write this review because of the outstanding work and service provided by Deck Guardian. The whole process was very smooth. We were looking to replace our old and weathered very large (750 sf) wooden deck. We had several estimates, and the estimator for Deck Guardian came in the rain and responded promptly with an estimate. We went to the show room and narrowed down our choices. The show room probably could be better laid out and more customer friendly, but the salesman answered all of our questions and was patient as we changed our mind several times about color and other add-ons. The project manager was in touch with us within 24 hours of signing the contract, and the workers showed up exactly on the day the project manager promised (only 3 days after signing). From that point, the Deck Guardian guys worked from 8 until 5 every day until the job was done. They were excellent, and ran into several problems along the way (we needed to replace some of our wood foundation beams and joists) but each time the project manager immediately called us, worked out the solution, and the guys continued with their work. They accidentally broke a basement window during construction, but informed us immediately, covered the window with plastic and wood and replaced it before they finished the deck. They were done with the job in 8 business days and it came out fantastic. I cannot recommend Deck Guardian highly enough based on the service and, most importantly, great craftsmanship of the workers who actually constructed our new Trex deck. Its like adding a new room onto our house.
