I hired Paul to do a patio for me, great job until the grout started coming out, he tried to fix it but didn’t work.He assured me he would take care of it this spring,he did not,he would not return my numerous phone calls. I offered to do the work myself with some guidance.No luck . He’s blaming the pandemic. Still no answer. Buyer beware

Unfortunately 2020 Has been an extremely tough year. Due to Covid-19 Decks By Design was designated By New York State as Non Essential and were forced to close down.

We met Decks by Design at the home show 2014. We were very pleased with our total expience with this company. Paul came to our house and took the time to design the deck that we were looking for. He spent over two hours going over details and trying to design precisely what we were imagining. His design surpassed our expectations and the time he took to explain and design the deck with us made it a very enjoyable experience. I have recommended this company to anyone who we come across. The father son team took time to complete the deck to the specificaitons he had promised and took care of all clean up with the project. We were pleasantly surprised that the finished project exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company. Dave and Kelly

Family owned business, very professional and caring. They spent a lot of time with us to understand what kind of deck we were looking for. They were able to stay within our budget while providing us with a beautiful outdoor space.
