I was so thrilled to find LUX Line Materials on Houzz! I served as the general contractor on our staircase remodel and was in over my head! Devin spent a great deal of time helping me understand what parts I needed and was happy to consult with my carpenter during installation as questions arose. The materials are of very high quality and, as others have stated, more affordably priced than the competition. Another bonus is that this system is designed to work without the use of expensive tools. I'll let my photos do the rest of the talking!

The materials were exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price, but what’s even better was the service. When inquiring about where we could get a very specific and expensive tool to crimp the ends, they reached out to a local contractor 30 miles away and had him drop off the tool for us to borrow!

We found Lux Materials while search for a cable provider for our railings. We were in a pinch to get cables delivered quickly. Lux Materials saved us almost 40% compared to our other providers quote and they were able to ship within the day. Their cables and hardware are quality and go together very well. Needless to say Lux Materials will be our exclusive provider for cable railings.

All I can say is if you are hesitant about using Lux Materials, don't be. I was concerned at first because of the UNBEATABLE price of cable railing hardware from Lux. I thought that there could be "no way" that these components could compare in quality to the big name brands... Well, I was wrong. Not only is the quality EXACTLY the same, if not better, as the name brands sold in stores, it looks AMAZING. when I called Devin (owner of Lux), I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. He REALLY cares about his products, and when I asked him why he was so much cheaper than other brands, he laughed and said "it's crazy right?" Devin is someone who is in business not only to make a living for himself, but to help out people like myself; people who can't afford to pay a 200-300% markup. I ended up spending approx. $700 with Lux vs. the more than $2,000 quote that I received for the name brand. So, thank you Devin. Thank you for beautiful products at an incredible price.
