WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. We are located in Pierrefonds in the West Island of Montreal. We hired Eco Patio to build a new deck in September 2015. The wood used to build the patio support post was below sub standard - EVERY SINGLE WOOD POST USED TO ANCHOR THE STRUCTURE HAS A VERTICAL CRACK IN IT. We are very fearful for the integrity as the years will pass and called their representative Jonathon to inspect it last year in September 2016. He came to inspect it on one occasion only with a rep from the wood company. They took some pictures and said they would call back with a solution. It is now June 2017. We are still waiting for his call and the wood posts have deteriorated even more. We do not recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality, long lasting product or if you expect reliable after sales service.
