Can we give Exterior Additions 10 STARS?!!! VERY HIGHLY recommend them!!! They came enthusiastically endorsed by a coworker, and after finishing our screen porch and deck build with them, we can assure they definitely did not disappoint! From the start it felt like a partnership as they worked with us to make OUR vision a reality, and throughout were always willing to offer suggestions and seek out ways to make our ideas work. Everyone we came in contact with during the entire project was professional, personable and excellent in their field of expertise. The quality of craftsmanship with every trade involved was exceptional and the end product exceeded our expectations! They truly aim to please, and we were extremely impressed with their communication. Day 1 of the build they started a group text chat that was very valuable in keeping us in the loop on all plans, and gave us an easy way to make comments/ask questions/send pictures throughout the process. In addition to the quality products used and the superior craftsmanship, we think this very responsive text communication tool is their secret sauce for successful projects AND informed and happy clients! Also, standing out to us was that there were ZERO surprises on cost. All costs were clearly laid out in advance, and if we contemplated an upgrade midstream, pricing was straightforward so we could decide. Additionally, very valuable to us is that with the relationships formed, we know we can reach out to this team in the future with any questions/requests, and we are confident they will do everything in their power to help out. Exterior Additions is exceptional in every way! Every single person who worked so hard on our project was delightful and experts in their field – from the core leads to the demo team, framers, roofers, electricians, painters, gutter guys, deliveries, cleanup, and follow up. We are so appreciative of the whole team and can’t say enough good things about our experience! Without any reservation whatsoever, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM — and would use them again in a heartbeat!

2 Years Later, Still the Only Contractor I’ll Trust I rarely give glowing reviews.....this is an exception for an exceptional company and experience. After working with Exterior Additions 12 years ago to build a large porch, there was only one company I wanted to go to for a detached garage. In 2014 I was connected to Exterior Additions through Angie's List. The reviews back then sounded too good to be true however they were warranted. Doug came out, had great ideas for how to replace/expand our existing porch. His crew took one and a half weeks to demolish the existing porch and build a new porch. It was a stunner at how fast they worked and how clean they left the area after each day. We were so impressed we asked Doug for ideas for stamped/decorative concrete for a fire pit and other spots and he connected us with Italiana Brothers (Ed Italiano). Also great work....great group of folks all-around. We have absolutely no issues with the porch or concrete work. Both look virtually as they did when finished. Given that experience there was no way I was going to roll the dice on other contractors. You know when 12 years go by and it is the same people working for the business, same crews, same subs, that says a lot, especially in today's world. This project was a 24x30, cathedral ceiling (for a car-lift) all-brick detached garage. This included two attached concrete pads for a future covered porch and replacement of our entire driveway. This also included some maybe over-the-top electrical work (Amped Electric - Stephen Neal - same company/person who wired the porch 16 years ago). Few points: - Doug, Ed and Stephen seem to know what you are going to ask and want before you even think about asking - Doug seamlessly coordinates and sequences all behind the scenes - While I can be particular, you know you have the right company when you walk in while they are putting up the wall board (maple plywood), they have a laser level to ensure perfect alignment....INCLUDING equally-spaced and symmetrical screw placement (I wanted exposed screws for later removal if needed). Doug takes it to a higher level. - Ed, Shannon and JT with Italiano Bros were outstanding.....they know what they are doing. Quality of work is very high. Easy to work with start to finish and also very clean! - Stephen was great to work with as well. We liked his work so much we had him replace our house's old circuit breaker panel - I also want to mention Shane - coming by, doing the needful and also making sure all is tidied up.... In conclusion, I am not one to write many reviews however I felt I needed to share this in case anyone wants a job done well, timely with a group of people you can count on.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Exterior Additions. They demo'd an existing porch, deck, patio and portico (covered with wisteria) and replaced it with a much larger porch with Azek flooring, a wood burning fireplace and EZ Breeze windows. Doug Lynch (owner) is a perfectionist and it shows in the work of his team and every sub-contractor that he uses. It is also obvious that everyone who works with him, or for him, likes and respects working for him. Every single person involved in this project, from the people responsible for cleaning up, through the builders, electricians, mason, etc. were all terrific at what they do, timely and pleasant to be around. They have mastered the art of the entire process from the original design and contract phase all the way to the end with frequent and detailed communication. There were no surprises. Now that my project is finished, I kinda miss them! Again, highly recommend.

Our Exterior Additions porch and deck project has recently been completed, and we can't imagine our house without these wonderful new spaces. We've always had a large pressure-treated wood deck, but after 20 years of exposure to the elements, it was showing its age. Exterior Additions completely removed the old structure, and built a screened-in porch, a deck, finished off the skirting below, created gated access to underneath, and built a lovely six foot wide landing and staircase (my favorite part) from upper deck to ground level. We chose TREX Transcend decking in "Spiced Rum," its Signature railing in black aluminum with white clad posts. The bead-board ceiling of the porch is Sherwin-Williams "Byte Blue" with "Summit Gray" siding (house) and "Greek Villa" trim (window and door trim). Something we hadn't initially considered, but midway through the project added, were Eze-Breeze vinyl windows. We haven't had them long enough to experience four seasons, but so far, we love them. The windows operate easily and smoothly, keep out pollen, rain, wind, and open up to expose 75% of the porch's screening for lovely cross breezes. All in all, we love our new porch and deck; the planning and building process with Exterior Additions was nothing short of a five star experience.

Doug Lynch and his Exterior Additions LLC team are the most professional, fair, and reasonably priced contractors I've ever had the privilege to hire. Their work is meticulous. Their attention to details is exemplary. They take the time to listen to your needs, wants, and plans for use as well as your budget. We now have a beautiful porch finishing off our backyard oasis. And thanks to the EzeBreeze windows (giving us the option to have either a fully screened porch or an enclosed porch), and because of the infrared heaters Doug Lynch of Exterior Additions suggested, we can enjoy dining and lounging in our porch twelve months of the year. Over the years I've dealt with many contractors. But this is the first time I've hired a contractor and cannot say one negative thing. You may have to wait, but if you want the the best and most perfect porch, you'll get on Exterior Additions schedule now. I give Exterior Additions, LLC a rating of 100%. 5+++ Stars.

Exterior additions did a fantastic job adding an Eze-Breeze system to my current screened in porch. The quality of the work along with the communication throughout the process was excellent and their pricing was unbeatable. Shane was my PM for the project and Mike and Dustin helped with the install. Shane’s communication before during and after install was above and beyond as he checked on the project and my satisfaction after completion. I would recommend Exterior Additions to anyone looking for quality workmanship and an excellent customer experience.

I don't have enough adjectives to express how awesome this group was to work with. I was a bit intimidated at first knowing my budget and two previous price quotes . I was very open with Josh on my first conversation where I told him what I really was looking for and he found options that would work with my budget without sacrificing appearance and functionality. Jason and his team who built the structure, thank you. This team showed up early every morning through the craziest of weather where I assumed they would not work. Cold or rain didn't stop them. Shane, my project manager, was the best in communication. I never had to ask when something was happening. He was in constant communication. Working with him every week was amazing. I couldn't believe I just did a 2.5 month project with absolutely ZERO snags. When they finished I was actually kind of sad to not have them around anymore. I felt like I made friends along the way. Also, thank you to Murray who came on at the end. For those who have a smaller budget but still want an addition, don't be intimidated. These guys are awesome! I sit on my porch every morning and evening and have not regretted this addition once. Neither have my cats!

I rarely write reviews, but Exterior Additions is such an exceptional company, I just had to write this. From the initial communications to our now finished project, we could not be MORE THRILLED! Tyler, Josh, Doug, Mike and team are just phenomenal to work with and the worksmanship is top notch! You just don’t see many companies like this today. We have had neighbors stopping to ask if they could come take a look, friends who have seen pictures on social media asking for referral, and family not wanting to leave the porch when they come to visit. We spend most nights out there now and plan to even more as the weather gets cooler. Football, family, and food….that’s what we are enjoying now on our new spectacular porch. To the team at Exterior Additions, we cannot THANK YOU enough! You all EXCEEDED our expectations!
