Mike P. with Exterior Restoration completed three projects on my home this year. I agree with other reviews, that Mike is very knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience in construction. He also has good suggestions on the scope of work. The bids on the jobs were very competitive, and he saved me a lot of money. Shout out to Ishmael who completed a lot of the work for my projects. He was great to work with, does quality work, and was careful to clean up the work site afterwards. I highly recommend Mike and his team for exterior work like decks, fences, siding, stone work, or other projects. He is flexible with the job cost up front. He does not alter the price once work has started like some contractors do. No job is too small for Mike and his team, which I really appreciate, since some companies need a minimum job quote. I plant to hire ERS again, and will recommend them to my neighbors also.

Mike and his crew did an amazing job building us our covered patio from beginning to end. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and approachable which goes a long way in our book. He listened to our ideas, saw our vision and made it happen all within budget. We’ll definitely be doing business with him again. Here are some pics.

Mike Perkins and ERS LLC built an awesome deck for my pool. He explained how the process worked very clearly from start to finish and always made sure everything stayed on track. I really appreciate the attention to detail and quality of service. This was my first outdoor renovation and I'm lucky I was able to work with an honest, hardworking crew. ERS does a stellar job and I will definitely hire them again!

Mike Perkins of ERS personally did the work on my wooden porch railing which was showing a lot of wear after 25 years. I just wanted the worst parts repaired in order to get a few more years out of it. He understood what I wanted and did what was necessary, The work was completed in about four hours including the clean up. When the time comes to replace the railing I will be contacting Mike again.
