Clemens and the skilled crew at Fine Decks built us a new deck as well and a new usable space beneath the deck-including a walk-in closet for supplies. We have lived with the deck for a year and are very pleased and highly satisfied. Clemens is a bit of a perfectionist and was determined to make sure the outcome was beautiful. At the same time, he was quite flexible in meeting our needs. We felt the pricing was fair and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Fine Decks, Inc. did a fabulous job building my deck and then adding a great roof to it. My old deck was very worn and in need of repair, and Clemens and his team did wonders adding additional posts and rebuilding a much sturdier deck with improved railings. The roof was a fantastic addition as my deck sits in full sun. Now, I can sit out with my morning coffee no matter the weather. The cedar ceiling is such a beautiful finish. Everyone from Fine Decks, Inc. was very professional and did a great job. I know I will enjoy sitting on my deck for many, many years to come. Great job!

From design, permitting and the finished deck, this has been a great experience. This company has great design ideas, and the people are very professional. The carpenters that build our decks are truly craftsman with attention to all detail, every joint and corner are precisely cut something you expect from a cabinet maker, and the fasteners and hardware are all hidden. Out decks look beautiful and are a great extension to our living space, we have had so many compliments from family and friends, now our neighbor is also getting their deck designed and build by Fine Decks. I had an excellent experience with Fine Decks, from start to finish. They designed and built a 24x15 screened porch and deck using composite materials (Trex , Azek, Wolf). Clemens is very knowledgeable in this industry and highly skilled in his craft. I was immediately impressed with the 3D design renderings he produced. This was a level of quality, polish, and professionalism that was several notches above the other three companies I received quotes from. Clemens was always honest and transparent in his communications with me. Clemens was flexible and tweaked the 3D renderings to accommodate a few design changes, which improved our overall satisfaction with the project (infrared heaters, in-ceiling speakers, swing bed, and 2 ceiling fans instead of 1). Once construction began I was very impressed with the team, especially Ivan. It's clear Ivan takes pride in his work and his attention to detail and quality is simply awesome! When we encountered a few issues with the subcontracted electrician, Ivan did an excellent job to identify potential challenges and quickly implement solutions. Ivan did a great job to make sure we were happy with the work and went above and beyond to help finish off several parts of our project that were not included in the contract. For example, installing lattice and drainage in our yard. We could not be happier with the finished product and the excellent team of Clemens and Ivan. They have complimentary strengths, which benefits the customer. The porch and deck speak for itself and has extended the livable space in our home. Very pleased with Fine Decks!!!

Although the work was done back in April 2019 (review done July 2021), our beautiful deck done by Clemens, Joel and crew still takes our breath away! And of course this outdoor haven came in handy during quarantine. We love the attention to detail and craftsmanship. From start to finish, Clemens kept us in the loop on each step of the process and guided us on the design - he even suggested ways to keep within budget without sacrificing style and integrity. Even the county inspector who came to sign off on the project were impressed and that says a lot!

Clemens and his crew did a great job putting composite decking on my deck. Clemens helped me pick out the right brand and colors and it was useful to see a 3D color rendering of it beforehand. They even helped me move deck furniture and planters off and back on the deck. I had a due date for completion and they met it, despite an ordering mistake by the lumber company. Unlike some contractors, Clemens was very timely and responsive to my e-mails and phone calls, which I really appreciate. He showed up almost every day to check on the work as well. I recommend Fine Decks.

I am so happy with my beautiful porch! Clemens designed the perfect porch for the space, existing structure, and my taste. Highly functional and gorgeous to look at. The structure is safe and solid, and the craftsmanship is excellent. Clemens stayed on top of every detail, making sure I was happy and informed every step of the way. This is the second porch I've had built by Clemens and Fine Decks in the last 15 years, which says a lot right there. They have my highest recommendation.

Our old deck was 15 years old and looked tired. We contacted Fine Decks and Clements the owner visited us and impressed us with his professional expertise regarding deck designs. He provided us with several computer generated renderings of deck designs that he modified with designs features we added. Once work started, his crew discovered that several of the posts supporting the deck were rotted, as well as other issues that did not meet todays building codes. All structural issues were addressed and brought up to code. Now we have a beautiful deck that looks exactly like the final renderings, and most importantly is structurally safe. Clements and his crew were very ease to work with and throughout the construction process we knew we had contracted with the best professionals in the business. Fine Decks exceeded our expectations with the final product. Thank you Clements!!

When the lumber supply company recommended Clemens I proceeded with caution. When I read such glowing reviews on line, I thought certainly these sounded too good to be true and these reviewer just didn’t have the same high expectations that I did. I was wrong. Ivan and his crew showed up when they said they would, worked long days (and some weekends) to meet my deadline and were only satisfied when we were. Our deck turned out better than we expected. We’ve built multiple homes and have completed projects inside and out and I would not hesitate to call them back for our next project.

Fine Decks did an outstanding job repairing our deck. We are extremely pleased with the results. During construction some additional repair work was identified after several old decking boards were removed and the Fine Decks team adjusted accordingly and included those repairs in a timely manner at a very fair price. The best word to describe our new screened porch is "Wow!" It is fabulous and we absolutely love it! From the time we contacted a few companies to get ideas and quotes, Fine Decks, Inc. clearly stood out from the rest of pack. Clemens had very creative ideas that we loved and he provided us with 3-D renditions of the design that sealed our decision. And he didn't disappoint once we contracted with him. He seamlessly managed everything from the permits to construction to the inspections. And now we have a fabulous screened porch to enjoy for years to come!
