Fort Decks

We hired this company for our cable railing around our backyard deck. I rarely leave reviews but I had to make sure others don’t make the same mistake that We did. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very unprofessional owner - Tauan. Made many mistakes along the way with inaccurate quotes claiming we didn’t speak about certain parts of the project when we did. Never took responsibility, just kept adding and adding to the agreed quote. They never even completed the job! Left an entire gate unfinished after they claimed they ordered the parts and were waiting on payment to complete the job (which we paid). Owner, Tauan, won’t return any of our calls to complete the job. We are flabbergasted. Yes, they were one of the more affordable options that we found when shopping around. I guess the lesson is “you get what you pay for!” Don’t ever do business with this company unless you want to be blamed for their mistakes and left high and dry with an unfinished project.
