Very professional company and crew did an excellent job on our deck resurfacing and railing installation. 4 stars instead of 5 because of a couple small hiccups involving additional costs that weren't clearly communicated. Joe (foreman) was fantastic and even came back after the project was complete to fix a small defect.

Freedom Contractors are the best! They showed up on time (which is rare for most contractors), didn’t go over the estimated price or budget, and paid meticulous attention to detail. My yard is now an oasis that I can’t wait to get home to. I’d recommend them to anyone, and all of my clients!!!

We are very pleased with the patio cover Freedom built for us. Communication was excellent and it was completed within the time frame they had estimated. The very few issues that came up were promptly addressed once we brought it to their attention. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Freedom Contractors deserve a 5 star rating from start to finish. They took out 2 old decks and rebuilt them. Brian came out to give me an estimate and he listened to what my vision was and gave ideas that I hadn't thought about. Once he wrote up the quote we spoke on the phone and he went through every line item to insure that I understood every step of the process. When I accepted the quote Joe, project manager, took over. Joe called me to discuss the "dumpster" that would be placed in my driveway and we discussed where all of the materials etc would be placed. He then met me after work that day and we walked through the areas where everything could be placed. In the meantime I had another idea for expanding one section of the deck and I asked Brian to let me know how much that would cost. Within 12 hours Brian had written up a quote for this additional work. In the end I decided to not pursue this, but I appreciated Brian taking the time to calculate this additional cost. Joe, as well as his crew, did a beautiful job on my decks. They preserved the existing covering that I had on my top deck which was a difficult task. They were very conscientious in cleaning up the work site every day. I was out of town the final week of the project and Joe texted me daily to send pics of the progress that was made each day. When I returned Joe met me and we did a final walk through and he explained that if there were any issues I could contact him for 2 years and he would come out to look at any issues that I might have. The next day I realized that the outdoor water spigot on the bottom deck had been damaged. I contacted Joe and Brian and within a day they had Jeff come out and fix it. I now have 2 beautiful composite decks with wrought iron railings and a drink railing as well as a privacy wall that they built. I highly recommend this crew!
