We just had a roof installed over our deck. I can't say enough about how positive the entire experience was, from estimating to completion. Kyle, Kyle and Ryan were very professional and willing to answer any questions we had during the entire 4 days it took them to complete the job. They kept us in the loop and consulted us during the whole process. We felt they went above and beyond. Thanks again guys!

Garrety Glass just finished our patio roof and shades. They were very professional and their work was perfect. They were here everyday for 4 days and worked very hard. Great experience with this company. Had a very large shower glass door installed by Andy and Scott and it looks phenomenal! Nice modern touch and so far seems like a good quality make. I have a 3 story town house, my stairs can be tight for large furniture, but they did amazing bringing the large panels up. Their customer service was outstanding as well. Very down to earth, respectful, and knowledgeable. Im very pleased with everything. I've had multiple companies out the last 3 months for different rennovations, and this one was honestly my best experience.

My positive replacement window experience began with Design Consultant, Jourdain and continued with the team of Kory, Josh, James and Zack. Everyone was professional and efficient while being considerate and polite. They all actually went above and beyond helping with improving the utility efficiency of my little condo. Garrety Glass also installs shower doors. Nate from Garrety did a great job installing our door & glass surround. He was professional & left the work area very clean.

Good people to work with . If there is a problem after the job is done they do come back. All you have to do is call customer service to the area of the company that did the work for you.. and within a couple of days someone will show up to check out the situation and get it resolved ASAP..

Garrett Glass recently completed window glass replacement along with repairing and replacing screens on my home, damaged from the May Hail storm. Great team work from customer service to installation. Many thanks to these gentlemen, Jeremiah in Customer Service, Nate B. ( measured the Windows and screens) and Curtis S. (Replaced glass for eight Windows,repaired and built new screens). Very professional and courteous ( no pun intended) and did everything they said they would do. Timely emails, returned calls, arrived on time and leaving your home better when they left. On behalf of my wife and I, a sincere thank you for a job well done!

As a remodeling contractor I have very high standards. I hired Garrety glass to assist us with our glass needs for a couple of very high end bathroom remodels and they were definitely the right choice.

We could not be happier with Garrety glass and our new sunporch. I found them through Home Advisor and I thought we were not quite ready to make the move to have our existing porch glassed in. After meeting with their sales rep, we were pleasantly surprised that the price was so affordable! He was a pleasure to deal with, as were all the people came to work on the project. We didn't have to do a thing, but watched our fantastic new sunroom/porch emerge in only a week's time. They took care of all the permits, all the required electrical outlets, and did not disturb our household at all. I would definitely would highly recommend them.

About a year ago I moved into a new home that had a screened porch with a beautiful view. I had left behind a traditional constructed porch that was enclosed and had casement windows. My white wicker furniture was waiting for a home, but wasn't be constructed to deal with rain and snow. I proceeded to get four estimates - two for a traditional porch structure and two for a sunroom structure. All came in amazing close in price. I decided on the Garrety Glass Betterliving sunroom option due to the openness of the view, the professionalism of their staff, the quality of their materials, and recommendations by former customers. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The first thing I noticed was their concern for the stability and safety of the porch, which was on wood pillars, to be able to sustain the additional weight of their high quality and heavy glass. They were the only group to carefully assess the current posts and point out some major splits. They also were concerned that two posts may not meet building codes due to the distance between them. I was glad that remediation was addressed at the onset and included in their estimate, and that I could be comfortable with guests and grandkids being safe on the second story structure. The quality of the total structure, I felt, definitely exceeded that of their sunroom competition. The salesman worked with me on the details I wanted including the white framing to go with my wicker, the ceiling beadboard, reusing the current ceiling material to enclose the insulation under the porch, and putting damp resistant drywall as well as window/door casing to have the porch match the interior rooms in the house. Also included was a mini split HVAC system to make the room usable year round. Not only was I impressed with the company's materials, the two young men who did the construction were wonderfully collegial, organized (they gave me a daily list of what they would be doing for the two weeks of construction), flexible, attentive to detail, and excellent craftsmen. I would highly recommend them to anyone building a porch. I now have a beautiful room with an overall unobstructed view of the area along with breathtaking sunsets. I'm very happy with the finished porch and would highly recommend Garrety Glass Betterliving sunrooms as well as their team of salesmen and carpenters.

Brandon was our salesman and he was excellent. Really knew his product. He won us over but then Andy came to do the measurements and install and WOW. Couldn't have been happier. We have the shower of our dreams thanks to these two guys. Love it.

We hired Garrety Glass to design our custom shower doors. We love the doors! They are beautiful! The installers were very professional. We hired Garrety Glass to replace a bowed window in our dining room. Dan Gingrich, the salesman, came to our home to prepare an estimate. His thorough knowledge of the Harvey window products helped us to choose the window style. On the day the window was installed Jeremiah Gembe and Colin Burtner arrived on time. They were both skillful and courteous. They removed all parts of the old window and left the area clean. We were pleased with the complete process.

The showroom employees were courteous and helpful, the salesman was knowledgeable and the installers were precise and cleaned the area when they were finished. I was pleased from the beginning to end of the project.

We had Garrety Glass change our screen porch into a 3 season sun room. We talked with them at the home show and Dan Gingerich came to our house and designed the room. We loved the product and now that it's completed we are more than pleased with the look. Ron H. did most of the install. One day he had a helper but mostly he did the work by himself. Like the other comments he cleaned up daily. We also liked the electrical sub, Scott Smeltzer from Smeltzer Electrical Service. We would not hesitate to hire him if we needed anything done. My only comment where I think things could improve is the communication. I was the one who called to find out when the install would happen, not the other way around. In fact I contacted my "customer service rep" and left a message and never got a call back. So communication close to install should be addressed but everything else was top notch. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had our back deck changed to a sunroom by Garrety Glass. They did a really good job, good workmanship, good product, cleaned up after themselves each day and were very nice to work with on all levels. Our salesman, Dan Gingerich, was very personable and knowledgeable. The construction supervisor, Roy Yedid, was very helpful and scheduled a good crew to complete the sunroom. We would use Garrety Glass again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Like to thank Garrety Glass crew, Colin, Jerry and Dane ( hope I got names correct) for the great job on the windows install. The results made a great enhancement of our residence. They used great care on the inside and out when doing the work needed. Dennis List
