Great product however we paid $1100 for a permit and the related engineering drawings and nearly a year later the owner has still not provided anything for that $1100. After multiple emails and phone calls with messages not returned along with a couple of in-person visits and several explanations which have changed over time as to why the permit has not been received, today I contacted an attorney to handle matters. We were initially told by his salesperson that if we placed our order quickly, which we did, our shed would be on the next shipment in a few weeks. It took almost 4 months to arrive. The product is good however the poorly handled permit issue has been extremely unpleasant. We would like to give the owner, Mike Skiera, the benefit of the doubt but his original excuse that the City of Delray Beach was taking 4-6 months turned out to be a complete lie which then lead to an excuse about his engineers which then lead to an excuse that because so many of his customers were using his sheds as guesthouses and Delray Beach changing their code or some such lie, it was taking more time to process the permits with the last excuse coming in April with not a word from the owner since. The bottom line is that none of us excuses/explanations has panned out and with the last email to him of July 13, 2017 ignored where he was advised that we wanted a full refund of the permit and engineer fees or we would escalate the matter, he left us no choice but to hand the matter to an attorney to resolve. We would definitely urge anyone considering his products to look elsewhere to someone with a better track record. His customer service is hit or miss and best and outright lying to customers is never a good policy.
