Ion's team was very thorough and had excellent follow up from our initial appointment. We brought them in for a quote on turf for around 2300 sq ft on our yard. There were lots of mini palms, agave, and small boulders to remove first that the previous owners had put in, but weren't conducive for a yard for a family with two little boys. We had 6-7 quotes for our yard altogether and decided to go with Ion not only because they made their price competitive, but we prefered to go with an independent locally owned company vs Lowes or Home Depot (who had competitive prices as well) The whole process itself only took 4-5 days, and they were very accommodating to all of my questions, concerns, etc. They were available by text if I needed to ask something quickly, and they were very much on top of the few minor issues we had. I highly recommend them!

Roey Hadad demonstrated impressive skills in the construction of our replacement deck and upgraded balcony. While I am not qualified to evaluate his many construction skills, I was impressed with his creative problem solving and cost-saving solutions. We were not pleased with the lack of communication between October 18 and January 6, including non-response to our inquiries during that time period. Completed work as scheduled, except for one delay which was beyond their control, related to material shortages. Answered all questions onsite and office was also prompt in responding to requests.
