After my daughter and son-in-law bought their home, Lescas Enterprises added a office suite(mother-in-law suite) inside the double garage and added a garage off that. Even during covid, they did this project on time, using the best materials and even offering decorating advise, i.e.flooring. Mike Lescas is hands on, lets you know what to expect and has very nice, professional men working for him who we ended up on a first name basis with. This kind of construction is pretty invasive, and they made it very smooth and quick.
