I am the office manager/project coordinator for Mosaic Outdoor Livings Colorado Springs location. I have work here for almost 2 years now and I can proudly say I love my job. I love my team and the clients we work with. Every project is so unique, carefully thought out and it's amazing to watch our teams bring it all to life! I’m the owner of Mosaic Outdoor Living. My journey with the company began in 2005 when I started as a laborer. After finishing college, I returned and began learning the design and sales side of the business. Over the years, I took on increasing responsibility and eventually had the opportunity to buy out the previous owners. I became an owner in 2020, and as of 2025 I am the sole owner of Mosaic Outdoor Living. I stay involved in every level of the company and care deeply about both our clients and our team. Klint and his team were amazing. They designed and built a beautiful spiral staircase that blends in perfectly with the outside of the house. Its' precision was down to millimeters. The color match was perfect to the rest of the ironwork. They always showed up on time, were professional, and delivered to every expectations. I would recommend Klint and Mosaic Outdoor Living for any and all projects.

We love our deck! Mosaic was a pleasure to work with from the beginning with Klint to project manager Jacob. Almost everyone was very professional and pleasant. The project took longer than we had hoped but it was stated from the beginning that it would be a long process. The construction took place through the winter but the builders would come even though it was freezing. We have thoroughly enjoyed our deck and everyone who sees it is impressed with the quality. We highly recommend Mosaic for your project!

Spent over $100k on the project in 2012. Had an issue with the granite cracking weeks after completion and after two years the bull nose edging cracked and started falling off. David Schwank says it is out of warranty and therefore not his problem even though I had issues with the granite cracking soon after installation. Watch the work as they need to be shown errors during construction. I had the photos which showed support posts leaning which need to be corrected. After a few days it took management to correct that. When another "lifetime warranty" issue (water leaking below) was requested, they grudgingly agreed and felt they did me a favor. Don't expect them to stand behind their work.

If you’re looking for the BEST in an outdoor living area from design to finish, I whole-heartedly recommend Mosaic Outdoor Living. We couldn’t possibly be more pleased with our new deck and the entire experience with their talented and caring team. Their integrity, honesty, and skills are waaay beyond the norm, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Know up front that Mosaic will be expensive. Also know they are absolutely worth every penny. The design team is exceptionally imaginative and can help you envision possibilities you never even knew existed! And ALL the leg-work is done for you, resulting in an easy, enjoyable, turn-key experience. The final result? WOW!! I’ve never seen anything built so well. The accuracy and fine details of their construction is mind-boggling. “Excellent, superb, phenomenal” only half-way describes what Mosaic creates. If you want the Best-of-the-Best, these are your guys!

Even though our project was a small one for what the Mosaic team is used to doing, we were never made to feel that it was insignificant or low priority to them. Andy really listened in order to truly understand exactly what our needs were, the plan was formulated with the appropriate professionals who would contribute their input for the best outcome, they worked us into the schedule in a very reasonable amount of time, communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, and the project was completed to our extreme satisfaction within the expected time frame - and with additional follow up to ensure our complete satisfaction. Everyone who worked on our project was personable and friendly, yet very professional, which is just as important to me as the quality of work they do. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and painless experience- I cannot say enough good about Andy, his colleagues, and the company. I have absolutely NO reservations about recommending them to anyone.

Project: Demolish current deck, re-build entire elevated deck, including helical piers. Design: Exceptionally attractive and functional. Sub-contractors: Of the highest quality. Service: When problems arose, they resolved them (at no additional cost to me). Easy to work with. Reliable. Cost: Higher than average; but, for me, I would not have chosen any other contractor. Higher cost due to quality products and construction, which was obvious to any visitor. Will recover additional price when house sells in the future.
