We really enjoyed our experience collaborating with MyDeck team. They went above and beyond to ensure our new deck was built out perfectly. The steel framing under the deck is a beast on it's own. We would recommend them to anyone needing deck renovation.

My Deck did an outstanding job from the first time I stepped into their office for the initial consultation. They did a great job coordinating my ideas of what I wanted with their expert opinion of what would be the best way to complete the project. I started with the idea of putting on a deck in the backyard and ended up extending it into a state of the art deck, a fire pit, a hot tub and then added a grill island to complete the project. The workmanship by the staff of My Deck and the sub-contractors that they utilized was excellent. I have gotten many complements on the final project from visitors and others that have needed to go into my backyard (i.e. sprinkler employees, electricians, plumbers. etc.) The modern technology and materials used will keep the deck and the other components like new for many years to come. My family is looking forward to being able to vacation in our own backyard. I would highly recommend My Deck to anyone interested in adding a deck and any other additional components (i.e. firepit, hot tub, grill island). Their workmanship and professionalism was superb. I am completely satisfied with the way the project turned out & am looking forward to enjoying the new addition to my home!

This company is top-notch, from the office staff to the builder! From our first meeting with Paul to design our deck, we knew we made the right choice! Tom was our project manager and he was available for any and all questions. He was here to check the delivery of the materials as well as checking on the builders to make sure there were no issues. Our deck was done in the winter, in fact, was built around a substantial snow storm, but that did not affect the excellent workmanship. DJ and his helper were professional, courteous and did not seem to be bothered by the cold weather. We love the deck and would most definitely recommend My Deck to take care of your new or renovation of your deck! You won't be disappointed!

Sometimes you get what you pay for. Sometimes you get more. That's how we feel about the professionals at My Deck. We had a ballpark number for what we thought our job (replacing existing deck with Trex and adding a roof) would cost. After meeting with several contractors we realized we were way off but the numbers were consistent. Many that we met with were general contractors who just happened to build decks. A 1-2 man operation that would have required additional architect work and subs. Not My Deck...a full-service, one-stop shop dedicated to decks and for everything we needed. That was one of the main reasons we chose My Deck and we were not disappointed. Robert knows his stuff and does not skimp on quality. I think he'd rather pass on a job than cut corners to save a few bucks. Both the office manager and project manager were off-the-charts amazing. Each responded within minutes to questions and were very proactive in communicating things we needed/wanted to know. In this day and age, it's sad but true that responsiveness is a differentiatior, but these guys stood out. The workers were extremely neat, courteous, professional and detail-oriented. My wife and I are very meticulous and these guys would point out and address things that I didn't even mention...or notice! Typically it's only a negative experience that compels me to take the time to write a review. In this case, I was so impressed with my experience with My Deck that I had to share my feedback.

We had a deck replaced as well as additional decking added. Work was done well and we are thrilled with the outcome. We would highly recommend Robert and the My Deck crew to all interested in a deck. They are courteous and easy to work with and willing to work with you. A truly great experience.

Wonderful experience. Robert, Liz and Tom a pleasure to deal with. Was a big job and we love the deck and room. Problems (very limited) were handled with professionalism and acted upon quickly.

Robert and his staff at My Deck are simply the best. Robert designed the perfect deck for our home. He was great to work with throughout the entire process, from design to final construction. His staff was excellent as well. Liz, in the office does an awesome job of keeping you updated on the status of permits, inspections, and construction. The craftsmen that build your deck are very friendly and have very good attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with our deck. Even after a year of record heat and all kinds of snow and weather, the deck looks as good as the day they finished it. My wife and I are very picky people and we did a ton of research looking for a deck builder. Trust me when I tell you that My Deck is the very best out there.

MyDeck is very professional. Their service is extremely good. They helped us with a unique design, built it to perfection in no time and worked with our challenging town to get all the permits!

My Deck built a high quality, beautiful deck for us. The workers were all professional and skilled. We are very happy with the outcome and expect to enjoy our new deck for years to come. The reason I do not give a 5-star rating is two-fold. The entire process, from contract signing to completion, was entirely too long (about 6 months) and we had to ask numerous questions at times to figure out when they were coming to work at our house. So, communication of work plans was a negative. The only other complaint we can even come up with is the contractor who replaced our siding where it needed replaced due to the new deck being of different size than our old deck, left the old decking in a pile in our backyard and did not haul it away for us. But for a large project with such an impact on the value of our home, these are minor complaints in relation to the finished project.

I really could not be happier with the work and experience at My Deck. Robert took a great deal of time with us as we discussed the options. One of the most important points is his general architectural design knowledge. We have an unusual modern home, and the design he came up with is very sympathetic to the style and surroundings. I can honestly say we got the very best deck design for our house, and nothing like the cookie cutter layout suggested by others. The crew was also top notch. They were fast, professional and paid attention to detail beyond my expectations. Other points; our township is very difficult with permits and inspections... My Deck sorted all of this out without me doing anything. Clearly, they are in business for the long term. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

MyDeck built two decks for our home. A small deck on the west side of the house and a large two-tier deck on the east side of the house. The decks were built with steel supports and joists. They used a machine to screw the supports into the ground until they torqued This eliminated the time and effort to dig footings. The steel is great and wiill not warp or twist over time. The decking is TREX. We used white Trex for trim. The railings were custom aluminum from their own fabrication shop. They template the deck and build the railings to fit perfectly. They also installed a gas line under the deck for a firepit to be installed by my landscaper. They did a great job and worked in some very bad weather. The work site was always clean and neat. They had an issue with a subcontractor who was supposed to remove paver patios and walks, but left the job half done. Even though they had to pay more to get the demo completed, i was not charged anything additional money. We also had to adjust the stairs and they did that without an additional charge. We would highly recommend MyDeck to any of our friends and neighbors.

Highest quality materials and expert craftmanship combined to satisfying results. Length of time to complete the job was within reason (not particularly fast); initiated contract early summer, completed work in October. Scheduling was somehwhat inefficient due to high volume of projects during summer months. Some concern over labor costs and high cost of top grade materials (Trex), but overall, exceelent job.

Prior to hiring Robert from My-Deck, LLC, we interviewed 2 other design firms that were both average and could have completed the work. Thankfully, we searched for local company and were very pleased from the first meeting. Robert listened to our needs and requirements while at the same time providing welcome design and build expertise that we needed. We could not be happier with the finished product. It was done on time and on budget and exceeded our expectations in every way. The design is absolutely beautiful and functional. We love it. A bonus for me was that Robert is fastidious. Every renovation is messy and at the best of times disturbing to the normal routine. He cleaned up, patched up all the mess they made and made the environment as easy as possible to live in during the renovation. We will continue to use Robert's company in the future and would recommend him without hesitation!

Robert and his company, My Deck, provided us with an awesome deck that we will enjoy for many years. We looked at several deck companies before deciding on My Deck. We were looking for outdoor living space that was functional, unique, and built with high quality materials. Robert delivered it all. We described what we were looking for, and he came up with a few design choices. The one we ultimately went with truly showcased Robert's creativity and expertise with a design that very few deck companies can do. His design complemented the existing architectural elements of our home and pool, as well as the natural outdoor environment. The entire project went very well. Even during a week of record-breaking heat, the crew worked extremely hard to stay on schedule. Every aspect of the project was seamlessly coordinated and delivered as promised. Every team member was professional and courteous and the work site was left unscathed, neat and clean after each day's work. Our deck had a challenging design with multiple curves in both in the deck and the railing. The complexity of this design required the craft of a highly-skilled, experienced team, which is exactly what Robert delivered. We are extremely pleased with the work of My Deck, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a premium deck with that "wow" factor.

The deck design incorporated some great solutions for benches, railing and lighting that really exceeded our expectations. The team at My Deck are all very professional. My wife and I hired Robert and his company several years ago to design and build our deck. My Deck built us a beautiful large composite deck with full metal railings, 2 sets of stairs, built in lights and a hot tub cutout and pad. They also did all the wiring for the new hot tub and handled all delivery, set up, construction, permits, inspections and cleanup. I can not say enough about the crews, and the professionalism of the team that worked at our house. To have them handle everything and turn over a BEAUTIFUL deck and hot tub without us having to do anything was a pleasure. From the time we met with the owner and drew up the plans to the end when he turned over a finished product, they were professional and courteous, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a deck or any construction.
