Terry from Nature Coast Home Solutions came out to my house in Venice FL pretty quickly after Hurricane Ian devastated the area. He was able to work with me to replace my carport, and rear screened lanai, pretty quickly and in accordance with the regulations of the city of Venice. I was really impressed with how responsive he was to me, and how quickly he was able to get the job scheduled and completed, especially given how much damage there was in the area and how hard it was to get contractors out to give quotes and complete jobs. He finished the first part of the job in December 2022 and then the follow on additional work I added in March 2023. I also really appreciated how thorough he was to ensure he met all the building code requirements with the city. I also felt he charged a reasonable price for the work. I would highly recommend this company to others that require home repairs or improvements.

My carport was blown off by hurricane Ian also most of vinyl siding on one side of the home. They replaced both areas in a timely manner and did a great job,would highly recommend them to other home owners.

After the after math of hurricane IAN we tried to contact many companies with no success. It was a trying time for everyone including the contractors. We saw a company in our park and their worked looked very nice so we asked who we could contact. Terry from Nature Coast Home came within a week and assessed what we needed done. Within a couple days we had a quote which was very reasonable compared to a couple we had receives. The men that came to do the work were hard workers and did a wonderful job. They were very knowledgeable on what they were doing and answered any questions we asked. They were very neat and left our property as if they had not been there. Pleased is an understatement! Thank you, Nature Coast Home Solutions.

I hired Nature Coast Home Solutions to repair a deck and install an awning. If it wasn’t for them I never would’ve known that the damage was more extensive than I originally anticipated. The NCHS Team was extremely thorough, ensuring that everything was repaired correctly and remained on time and in budget. The awning they completed was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. From the very beginning Terry was extremely professional and listened to my ideas while elevating my design. I would highly recommend them for any project.
