Amazing job! I researched many companies and went with Mr Villatoro and NAV construction. They were A1 in communication. Always kept me up to date with pictures and process. Gave me great service and the job done was incredible. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for NAV construction. Gained a lifetime client and I haven’t stop raving about them to friends and family.

Weather issues and schedule conflicts delayed the start but I muddled through because I signed on for a late start. Nelson kept in touch and updated every step of the way - the final outcome was well worth the wait! I am so pleased with the outcome! The front of the house looks new and it's all very solid, sturdy and simply lovely! You guys rock! My neighbors love the look and I couldn't be more pleased! I'm working on my landscape design in the back and this new patio is screaming with ideas. It is beautiful and so much more of a visual than I thought it would be. Part of me wants to leave it as is just so it can be seen and another part wants to add a whole dining area! I love it! My dogs love the solid running space, too! It's beautiful! So, I watched you guys work - your pictures are true and here is the proof!

Nelson with NAV Construction started out great and provided a reasonable quote for a small concrete patio and to bury downspouts under the patio. After 2 months of waiting, weather and other schedule conflicts they installed the patio, but have not returned to clean up the project or finish the downspout drains as agreed to. The company will not return my calls to resolve these outstanding issues. Due to the poor communication, I would not recommend doing business with them.

Nelson and the NAV crew are by far the most professional, prompt, and courteous contractors we have hired. When we were getting estimates Nelson was the ONLY one who was not only on time for our appointment, but gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. The estimate was well under our budget, which enabled us to do more with our money. Last but not least, the craftsmanship was superior to any other I have experienced or have seen in recent memory. Nelson’s Dad ran the crew and I can tell you those boys worked hard to beat the rain (Florence). Mission accomplished NAV! Outstanding job.

NAV Construction did an excellent job both designing and constructing a great patio. Very professional and outstanding quality. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have a patio built.

Timely -✔ Friendly- ✔ Reasonably priced- ✔ I'm absolutely tinkled pink with the results! We had a 1300 sq ft stamped patio poured at our lake haus this summer. Nelson and his team did a FABULOUS job! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. Nelson walked the property with us and gave me ideas for our patio. The week before they started, he came back and confirmed the design. We had a small concrete slab that we were going to connect the new patio to, but it didn't flow right so they jack hammered it and poured more concrete. I'm so glad They did because I would not have liked the look. They also added a dark border around the edge of the patio and it really gives a nice finish. We'll definitely hire NAV again for our sidewalk/porch project next year. I highly recommend this company.

We absolutely love the stamped concrete patio NAV construction built for us. The workers were very careful not to disturb our yard while excavating. Sales team was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Hard to beat the quality and cost for his amazing patio! Would certainly recommend NAV!

Robbie arrived, on time, for his appointment looked at what I wanted done, measured it out and discussed what would work best for what I wanted. After Miss Utility provided the location markings for telephone lines underground, the NAV Construction crew arrived early on the appointed morning. No sooner had they finished framing all the elements of the walkway, the concrete mixer truck showed up and began pouring, per the crew's instruction. By the end of the day, the walk was done and covered in blankets. A few days later, the crew returned to take up their blankets, refine the ground around the walkway edges and sprinkle some grass seed.

NAV Construction constructed a 350+ sq.ft. patio for our family. NAV provided references and we viewed two projects they completed prior to putting them under contract. Their work was excellent, workers professional and the work was completed on-time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

I am so thrilled with my two patios - NAV was fabulous and Nelson was so professional - everything was done perfectly. I have told all my friends and show pictures of both patios. Cannot wait until the Spring when I can get new Patio furniture. I loved the work they did on the patios - so much - that I am going to have them do a porch and sidewalk and driveway in the Spring. Their prices are great! I cannot say enough good things about this company.
