Purchased ClearView screens back in 2010 for my house in SC. Needed to get some warranty work done and had difficulty getting help from manufacturer. Found Palmetto Outdoor Spaces - what a gem!!! Charlotte was extremely helpful. Even though they didn't sell us the original product she worked with the manufacturer and us to coordinated the return and replacements of both screens. She also rebuilt the internal assemblies to ensure we wouldn't have problems in the future. In summary, the company was extremely responsive, helpful, and wonderful to do business with. If your looking for a credible, honest, and quality company to help you with your outdoor spaces - Palmetto Outdoor Spaces is it!

The owner appeared taken back that I was a minority homeowner of such a beautiful home and I knew what I wanted to enclose my patio (which I requested the best materials, despite her recommendations). My neighbor actually did not recommend this company who has yet to fix damage to their home from when they installed their patio enclosure. I knew this company was unreliable and had two incompetent workers (sent their son who is in his early 20s with his friend to do the work); however, I thought I would take the lessons learned to work with the company. The owner came to my home for the measurements and estimate; however, has failed to contact me to complete the project. They are unprofessional and overwhelmed.

We wanted to stop the heavy rains from saturating our screened in porch / breezeway. Palmetto Outdoor Spaces showed us the various options that could be installed. Charlotte was very knowledgeable about all of her products and a pleasure to work with. We settled on the Fenetex retractable, Bone White 95% Screens. They are sweet! The installation crew, Todd and Clayton. Did a great job. We are very happy with the quality and the price of our two retractable screens.

I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat. Charlotte was wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about her products and had great design ideas for my space. She recommended we use Fenetex for our back patio. I wanted to cut down on wind in the winter so we could enjoy our outdoor fireplace. Palmetto installed solid screens on two of my three openings and that did the trick. We had one slight problem with the onset of very cold temperatures which caused the track to shrink. I called Charlotte and her guys came out quickly to make an adjustment. We live in Charlotte, NC which was a distance from them and yet they arrived with a smile. Again, I can't say enough great things about this company.

Have only had our screen porch solar screens a couple of weeks, but so far I am loving them!! It is so wonderful to be able to control the screens up or down according to the day's weather. With our recent heat wave, it definitely made a difference and blocked the morning sun tremendously. Charlotte and her team great to work with and I will definitely use them in the future.
