We just had a sunroom built in our backyard, and we love it! We are still in the process of making some finishing touches to the room, so I'll have to update my photos once we're done. I met with several other patio companies when we were searching for the right company to work with. After meeting with Bennie, I felt confident in my decision to go with Patio Warehouse. Bennie was very professional and answered all of my many questions. He was able to help me bring the cost to a price point that we felt comfortable with, by letting me know what options we have to work with. He took his time explaining all the details that we needed to know, and he followed up with us throughout the whole project (something I really appreciated). If I ever needed anything, Bennie and his team were just a phone call or email away. We had some minor delays due to circumstances that was out of Patio Warehouse's control, however, Jeff was quick to address this and took care of the situation immediately. It's very apparent that Patio Warehouse delivers quality product and great customer service. We had another issue with rain water seeping into the sunroom from the bottom. This was due to the sunroom being built on uneven ground (make sure your ground is completely even, and if not - make sure to have the installers seal the bottom extra). Also, make sure to have proper drainage around the sunroom. But again, Jeff took care of the situation and made us a priority. The only complaint I have is working with some of the install managers. I had a really hard time getting calls back, and emails back from people other than Jeff. I would be promised to get a quote on the concrete to fix the drainage issues or be promised other things, and they weren't followed through until after SEVERAL times of following up that I had to do. If you're persistent enough, you'll get answers. But I'm having this issue constantly, even after the sunroom is built. However, if you can get Jeff's attention, he'll do his best to resolve the issue. I would recommend Patio Warehouse if you need any work done to your patio. I did my research and it paid off, b/c not only am I really happy with the sunroom itself, but I am also satisfied with the team and customer service provided.

Patio Warehouse has done multiple projects at my home. I've found them to be reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. They always do a great job and are very professional to work with. I trust them completely and would highly recommend them.

Very prompt & professional installation. High quality work done by courteous installers. They picked up after themselves and left he area clean.The sun room is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

I started my project in early Nov 2014 and completed early Jan 2015. Compared prices with 2 other vendors, Home Depot, one local shop in Mission Viejo and Patio - there's was the best for my 30x9 total sq. The HOA approvals took about a month but as soon as everything were approved, it took them 2-days total to complete my patio roof & lattice cover install. It has surpassed the heavy rains in Dec without issues. Overall was a clean job but encountered a mis-configuration. The owner, Jeff was quick to remedy the situation and repaired the structure without no hassle. This is a legit direct warehouse, managed by a caring - excellent customer service owner, very professional office environment with a good show room. Comments: If only the actual weight specs were clearly presented because I asked if I can hang a hammock, and the sales lady at that time claimed Yes. But in reality, it is built out of aluminum/styro foam and not built to hang heavy stuff without risking damage to the entire structure.

Patio Warehouse is an outstanding company to do business with. I recently had my backyard renovated with Belgard pavers and an Elitewood patio cover. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the exceptional service I recieved. From the bid process to the final compleation of the job Patio Warehouse was superior!! Should you choose to do business with this company, you will not be disappointed!

Patio Warehouse installed our patio cover several years ago, replacing the high maintenance wood structure that was there when we bought our home. They also installed some great lighting on the posts, which we love. Recently we had to remove the entire structure temporarily to facilitate replacement of a window above it. PW quickly found our records and were very accommodating on scheduling around the window people. The job itself was also impressive - the two gentlemen that did the work were extremely courteous, efficient and went ‘above and beyond’! It was very impressive. Thank you all!
