We had a deck project in which the entire existing deck needed to be removed and rebuilt from scratch. We heard of PB&J Renovation from friends who had used them in a similar project. PB&J came highly recommended, and our experience was consistent with that recommendation. PB&J removed the existing deck and installed a new, enlarged deck that is beautiful and should last for quite a while. We used TimberTech Legacy for the flooring, Fortress metal railings, and pressure treated lumber for the underneath. Working with Jeff Benny was both professional and efficient. Best of all, Jeff communicated to me on a regular basis, showed up when he said he would, and displayed a desire to produce a final product in which both he and I would be proud. He was able to accommodate my request to construct steps that would help "senior proof" access to and around the deck. I am pleased with the work PB&J performed and would use them for future projects. During the process, they also constructed screens around my HVAC systems and outdoor electrical panels. All look great and add to the aesthetic and functionality of my back living area.

We hired PB & J Renovation for several projects at the home we bought in January of this year. They built a much-needed cabana beside our newly constructed pool, replaced our old deck with a new composite deck, and installed a 6’ privacy fence. We got quotes from several contractors, and Jeff was the only one who seemed to understand what we wanted as far as the cabana, which couldn’t have been easy, as we changed our minds several times during the planning phase. Lucky for us, his pricing was also very reasonable. We did have to wait several months for it to be “our turn,” because PB & J is in demand and quite busy. The waiting was the hardest part, but Jeff was upfront about that from the beginning. Once the job began, he and his crew arrived promptly each morning, got right to work, and treated our property with respect throughout the process. It was unbearably hot throughout most of the project, but that didn’t slow them down, as they completed the work right on schedule. All the guys on the crew were polite and friendly, which is certainly a plus when they’re at your home every day for a couple of weeks! We were so pleased that we kept asking them to do more things, so they installed a security storm door on the front of house and, most recently, added T&G to a vaulted ceiling in our future pool table room. It is very difficult nowadays to find contractors who take pride in their work and act with honesty and integrity, but that’s what you get with PB & J! We are very happy with their work at our home, and would definitely call on them again for any future projects.

I highly recommend this company! Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job building two roof coverings for my business. He is extremely dependable and has great craftsmanship. The project could not have been more perfect. Another quality that impressed me is that the work site was always very neat and clean. Jeff is one of the best around!

Jeff and crew did an outstanding job expanding our deck! We asked for rail design that he said he had never done before, but he pulled it off beautifully! We love the new deck!

Jeff and crew were just amazing from start to finish! I reached out to him for a quote and he immediately responded and was out within a day or so to give us an estimate. He sent us a quote and contract through pdf format, with the builder’s permit fee included, and put us on schedule immediately! I pay close attention to little details and the legitimacy of contracts, and he exceeded expectations! He gave us a great price and made our vision come to life! He kept in contact over the summer to confirm the work dates, which was fabulous. He arrived with a four man crew on time, everyday, for about a week, and our deck was completed. They were so professional, they all wore nice uniforms, and the quality of the work and craftsmanship is amazing! They were so clean, and such a nice group of guys. He added the solar lights to our deck, and it was the perfect touch! He also recommended Derrik with Tyger River Stains to stain our deck, super professional guy, and we are on schedule for next month. I can’t speak highly enough about this company and would highly recommend them for any home improvement projects you may have! It’s hard to find such trustworthy contractors who will give you a fair and great price, along with a highly professional job and quality craftsmanship. I had a small job working on a floor of a screened porch. Jeff was recommended by a friend and boy was she right to recommend him! Since it was a small job, he was able to work it in between big jobs. The work was done in the time frame he estimated, at the price he quoted in estimate and it looks great!

Jeff and his crew did a great job demoing our deck and rebuilding it. This included replacing columns, tearing down vinyl on the ceiling and beam, putting up tongue and groove ceiling, and covering the beam, replacing flooring, stairs and handrails. Jeff communicated VERY well and I never had to worry about when they would come next or I never really had to reach out because I knew he would when he had news or knew when he would be out next. We had some material delays and Jeff gave us several options when he found this out. I appreciated the options! They cleaned up well when they left, too!
