When my wife and I decided to replace our old and rotting deck, we did some extensive research online and eventually decided on going with Alex from Pulsar Construction, mainly due to the overwhelming 5-star reviews, awards won, and glowing comments from past customers. We spend a lot of time entertaining in the backyard and wanted our new deck to be done right and be a centerpiece that we could be proud of. Alex was quick to respond and was honest and professional and took his time with us outlining all of our options in detail. We never felt rushed or pressured and ended up extremely pleased with the finished product. The quality of the craftsmanship and materials was evident as the deck was being built, as was the attention to every last detail. We felt comfortable with the communication and the competence of Alex throughout the process and were confident that he had our best interests at heart. We are a month into having our new deck completed and couldn’t be happier with it. We have received many compliments from everyone we have showed it off to. I’m sure we will continue to enjoy it for many years to come. There are certainly other deck builders out there, but if you are wanting to go with someone who will build you a quality deck from top to bottom that will look great from all angles, I would highly recommend Alex.

REPLACED OUR OLD DECK FOR A BEAUTIFUL MAINTENANCE FREE DECK My Husband (Steve) and I were in search of a contractor who could come to our home, provided us with options, samples and a quote. Alex from Pulsar Construction not only came by, but he spent time with us explaining the type of deck material he had to offer. Alex showed us samples starting with the lowest cost material right up to the top of the line. Alex provided the information we needed. All we had to do was make our decision. We were so impressed with Alex and the fact that he had nothing but 5 Star reviews that we took him on as our contractor. We choose Alex without further quotes and we are so happy with our decision. We were looking to have our deck replaced. We were very thankful that we were able to connect with Alex Rachinsky at Pulsar Construction. He was very personable and extremely experienced in this type of job. After checking and measuring our original deck he was able to give us a exact price on what the cost would be. He was then able to begin the work shortly after. He is very meticulous in the work he does and very experienced in replacing whatever was needed. He and his helper worked long days to get the job done . Alex helped us pick out the perfect color for our decking. Even during some days of rain, when possible, they worked on the deck. The final result was a beautiful deck and the cost was as quoted. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone for this type of project and are so glad we were able to meet and hire him.

Our new deck is amazing. Not only did Alex and his team replace our old wooden deck with a new composite material, he also suggested a couple of brilliant modifications that we hadn't even thought of. They worked hard every day and came in on time and on budget. The framing is excellent and our deck is sturdier than ever. Alex is a perfectionist and it shows in every aspect of our new deck.

Alex did the replacement of the old patio deck with a new PVC deck with a privacy screen. His attention to detail and care for the work he is doing is exceptional. We hired Alex and his team this late September because our old deck was totally worn out. we quickly booked our first appointment for inspections and quote estimation. Not only Alex showed up ahead of time, he also gave us what we should expect if he took the job. Once we a accepted his quote on building a new deck for approx $15000 CDN. Alex started the project right away. Alex and his team always showed up ahead of the schedule time each day and worked on the project diligently. If we had any questions, he world explain us in the layman's terms. Each day, he would give us the updates and what to expect for the next day. Simply put, those who want their deck done right, they have to ask the professional help from Alex, who can provide an excellent service at the reasonable rate on a time basis.
