We are delighted with our new deck. After interviewing several contractors, Jackson stood out as the one who listened to our description of what we were looking for and made suggestions about how to achieve those goals. The others never listened, and told us what they were going to do (Not!). Jackson explored various options with us and helped us identify better options. Jackson managed the actual construction effectively, and we have been very happy with the result.

We did an internet review of several contractors and got detailed bids from two for the remodel of two of our bathrooms. The primary tasks were the replacement of a bathtub, replacement of a walk-in shower, and replacing tile in both bathrooms. Although Regal Custom Builders was a little more expensive, we chose Regal because of their responsiveness to my questions and their cooperative way of doing business. We were glad that we did. They were very professional and knowledgeable and certainly earned our trust, Attention to detail could have avoided some schedule and procurement issues. However, the end result was excellent and we were very pleased with the quality of work. We would use Regal Custom Builders again.

We hired Regal Custom Builders (Jackson) to correct the work from our previous builder who did shoddy work on our new house build. Jackson came in, surveyed the amount work, and completed the work in 3 1/2 months which was the time frame he gave us. His subcontractors were all professional and did excellent work considering they had to come in, tear down and repair shoddy work done by other contractors. Jackson maintained a hands on approach and was on our job site everyday. Jackson provided us very detailed documentation of the work being done and pricing. His costs were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for any type of home construction, remodel, etc. We referred Regal custom builders to a close friend and she hired him for a remodel and was very happy.
