Mark with Southern Patio Enclosures did some work for one of my customers on a custom home I built in Austin. He worked side by side with us to design the patio so that his motorized patio enclosures would retract and be totally hidden when not in use. He was very knowledge about the home construction process and that made it very easy to work with him. End result was a happy customer for both of us. I recommend Mark if your customer ever needs a patio enclosure.

Mark Chandler responded to my request for a bid to enclose a porch with a system that would protect plants that need protection during freeze periods, but could be rolled out of the way during most of the year. He modified my original concept, demonstrating some useful changes. The final work was done professionally and on time. I'm looking forward to using the enclosure system this coming freeze season.

We ordered the front screen for the porch for privacy and coolness. The shade that we ordered was easy to install! When rolled down for privacy, it drops the hot temp of TX down 15*. We love it. The color blends with the stone and it is completely hidden from the outside of the porch.

These guys did a great job for us from the very beginning. They were clear about what we wanted, provided a quick turnaround on cost. Installation was on time. Their customer service and post sales support was great. Always available to answer our questions or to address any repair issues, which we only had one and it was take care of immediately and professionally.
