West Quebec Shed Company

Building was installed 24' x 36' in December 2020. I am still waiting for the windows for the garage doors, two years later. Had to have them back to install new hinges for barn-type doors as they were too small and sagged. No weather-stripping or sealant was installed (patio doors, garage doors, entrance door, windows.) Water came in under patio doors. Mold formed under plastic floor covering as the vapor barrier wasn't installed well in the insulated floor. Had to fight to get paint (garage was only primered) Had to ask to have door lock on entrance doors. No locks on garage door were supplied. In comparison my $10K 12' x 18' garage from North Country sheds came completely finished and hasn't required a single add-on or repair.

Brian got the shed to me on budget and on time, going the extra mile through uncertain weather and difficult terrain. The shed itself is a thing of beautiful utility, with top-quality materials and flawless construction, much beyond anything I could have imagined when I first visited his place of business in Alcove, QC. Good looking shed. Construction looks solid. Bryan was a real professional with dealing with me. Best option for a person that does not have the time to built a shed. No waste of construction material when you have it delivered. No stress shed built, just like I like them.

We are a recent customer of Brian Lauzon and the West Quebec Shed Company. Brian was factual and helpful through the purchasing process, and personally visited our property to ensure delivery (it was 12x24 so quite big considering our tricky access). Brian also strove to save us money, personally shopping for doors and windows himself for the best deal --- on high quality Pella product. The sheds are 100% customizable and we worked together to design the shed to suit our unique needs. When it came time for delivery the driver was on time. The delivery was impressive with quite a bit of reverse needed to back down our laneway. The shed was unloaded and leveled without incident and the delivery team very professional and efficient. There was a small problem with one of our windows, but Brian acknowledged the incident and immediately sent a carpenter to remediate. After all, its not whether there is a problem or not, its what you do about it, and West Quebec Sheds delivered the fix to our complete satisfaction. I purchased a 10 x 12 gazebo for our cottage. Was great to see the model at Alcove so was easy to arrange purchase a set up in a short period of time. Brian worked hard with his contractors to deliver a great product. Quality job. Delivered and assembled on site at a cottage near Bouchette. My wife and I are thrilled with the final product.

I purchased a 12x24 Amish shed for storage at my cottage. The hand built construction is really something else to see with exceptional quality and value. I could not build the shed myself for less.
