“Linda, from LMR Designs helped us remodel our kitchen. Since it is a small kitchen, we needed to create extra space anywhere that we could. LInda helped us find extra space by extending our cabinets up to the ceiling, eliminating the soffits and also helping us to find little extra spaces that made a big difference to us, such as a toe kick drawer, spice cabinet, message center and one corner cabinet where we added a glass door and it seems to make the room look a little bigger. We took Linda's advice and added a microwave above the stove which freed up my small counter area. She helped us choose cabinets, quartz countertops, faucet, sink, hardware, lighting and backsplash. Every step of the way LInda offered suggestions and advice and was extremely patient while we asked all of our questions and made our decisions. Linda listened to our ideas and our wish list for what we wanted and worked very hard to incorporate those ideas into our new kitchen. LInda also suggested the built in cabinet around the refrigerator and at first we didn’t think we would like it. However, we followed Linda’s advice and it is actually one of our favorite parts of the kitchen because it adds a “custom” look to it. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and love everything about it!”

We ordered living/dining furniture had dining room cabinets built and book shelves around fireplace as well as kitchen lighting and backsplash and additional storage and shelving in 2 bathrooms and new mirror and lighting in bathrooms. Maggie handled having everything delivered and installed. Very helpful choosing furniture she listened and understood the style I wanted. The scale and style of the furniture and built ins are perfect. There were a couple of items I purchased myself and they were fine with that. I could never have put together the style color and especially the size of furniture on my own. The huge difference was she took care of having items installed when I was at work and checked to be sure the work was done correctly, it would have been difficult for us to do on our own with our work schedules.
