I love that Agape is a design and build company. Their designs fit the neighborhood and respect the history and architecture of our quaint city, Kirkwood, MO. They use quality, up to date features that are exactly what a homeowner wants for today's lifestyle. Although we did not choose Agape for our kitchen remodel because the estimate was beyond our budget, we were impressed by their professionalism.

We've used Agape Construction for various projects since the late '80's! Most recently, they completed a whole-house remodel for our historical house that was built in 1865. Agape's architect came up with a brilliant design that opened up the dated floor plan for modern living and incorporated several new features that looked like they'd been part of the house for a 100 years! The house now functions like a modern just-built home, yet retains its architectural and historical integrity. We are so pleased with the results and so, apparently, was the St. Louis Home Builder's Association--they gave Agape's efforts a Homer Award!!! We can't say enough about the Agape employees and the quality of the Agape workmanship. Everyone was so nice and worked hard to listen to what we wanted, and then made sure we were completely 100% satisfied with the results. Agape's finish work is of the highest quality and their carpenters are real craftsmen who take pride in their work. Agape also cares about your budget and makes a big effort to give you their best product and stay within your budget at the same time. Most importantly, Agape is a company of integrity and it starts at the top with its owner and president Kevin O'Brien. He insists on maintaining the highest levels of honesty and integrity and expects his employees to do the same. We will sing the praises of Agape Construction to anyone who will listen and would recommend them for any job--small or large. They are far and away the best company we've ever worked with on a project!

Everyone we worked with at Agape Construction was wonderful! I felt very respected and valued as a customer. All of my questions were answered quickly, specifically and I never felt uncomfortable asking. The design team listened to any ideas or suggestions we may have had, doing their best to include everything we wanted. I have already highly recommended Agape Construction to anyone I know who is considering a home renovation, and I will continue to do so--They are an amazing company!!

This was the second major project for which we hired Agape: this time a two-story bump-out and kitchen replacement. Their employees and subcontractors were all top notch: they respected our time and requests, they started and finished on time (daily and overall), and they did good work. Communication channels were formalized and kept open throughout the project, with regular status meetings to review work completed and planned. They were all professional and honest, which is key when embarking on a major home project. In many ways you count on the expertise of and put yourself in the hands of your contractor during a project, and Agape did not let us down.

Agape was extremely professional and service oriented. They provided high quality work and finished the project at the deadline they projected. Every person we worked with was polite and skilled. Our screened porch exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with someone we hired separately to do our flooring (not recommended by Agape) and Agape stepped in when we had issues with them and completed loose ends when the flooring company refused to come back at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Agape and use them again for any future projects.
