We the Hacketts at 105 Forest Ave are very happy and satisfied with the work Juan Ramos did for us today. He installed a shut-off valve inside the house for the outside water faucets, making it easier for us the shut the water off during the winter. Juan explained to us of the task he had to perform and took care of the issue. Very reasonably priced, too. Juan is a true gentleman and professional. We recommend him highly.

Interior doors drop-down attic stairs

I needed to replace my drop-down attic stairs, install closet doors, as well as have a couple other door items taken care of. I keep old yellow pages and found AHR Design in a 2007 phone book. Anyone can put up a website and someone without much experience can really mess up your house. That's why I only call companies that have been in business for a number of years. Of the four companies that I called who came out, Juan was the only one who provided me with a written estimate with each item priced separately, which is what I had asked everyone to give me. I received the estimate and a timeline for completion within a couple days. I hired Juan to do the job and he came out to the house again to confirm each item and get a signed contract. We had to push back the date because the closet doors had not yet arrived. I've heard from many sources that, during the pandemic, the supply chain was not reliable. As soon as the doors were received, Juan called me and we scheduled another date. He and his crew arrived right on time and got to work. The closet doors were not what we wanted and, when Juan called the supplier, we found out we could not get what we had ordered. However, we worked together to come up with a solution and the result was gorgeous. I was delighted. Juan's crew were courteous, considerate, professional, and cleaned everything up. I will certainly contact AHR Design again when we have another project to do.

We found Juan after another contractor stole from us and left our complete home remodel a mess. After learning from that disaster, we were happy upon our initial consultation to see Juan pull up in a business truck with his license number already listed on the side of his vehicle. Juan and his company were incredibly professional and explained how they would complete each step of the renovation and assured that documentation was provided throughout the entire process. Juan's employees were always on time, were sure to leave the space they were working in the way in which they found it and promptly addressed any additional requests. Juan was in contact daily and abided by the deadlines in which he originally set in regards to completion of the project. Juan completed two half bathrooms, 1 full bathroom, installed a new staircase, a sliding back door, built a small deck, renovated our kitchen, and installed a butler's pantry on top of putting in beautiful molding throughout the house and painting every room and more. Juan's team was also incredibly trust worthy when it came to installing electric and setting up plumbing. Juan also was efficient in garbage disposal throughout the entire process so that the property always remained looking tidy. Juan also has great ideas to offer in regards to design, always taking your budget into consideration but is not pushy about it. We are looking forward to using AHR Design Solutions again in the future.

I would like to thank Juan Carlos for the work performed in my house. With the budget provided he was able to work things out. The front of the house looks more magnificent and the front door with the exterior trim using existing door looks complete different also he made the interior trims of the door. My family room was upgrade with recess lights and different set of paint. I am satisfied with the work provided. He was very professional and easy to work with, honesty was very important to me. I definitely recommend him. Thanks for making my house look pretty even with my budget.

Juan and his team at AHR recently completed the renovation of my foyer. Specifically, Juan and his team completely renovated our foyer, took space from our garage to provide more space and to remove an unsightly spiral staircase. Juan and his team at AHR did a beautiful job, making the foyer the most beautiful room in the house. In fact, I have on occasion just sat for extended periods of time in the foyer admiring the work. I would recommend AHR Design Solutions to anyone as they do great work, have reasonable prices, and put in the extra time and effort to explain everything regarding renovations to be completed, even down to the specific shade of paint. Juan's direction and the quality of AHR's work made our project a huge success.

I hired AHR Design Solutions to do a small office renovation. Great experience from start to finish - timely estimate, start and completion date. Juan's design and color ideas were different, fresh and unexpected. I was a little hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I trusted his suggestions. I love my new office and so do my clients. The compliments are still coming in. His guys were clean and respectful and Juan's sense of humor will keep you laughing! I highly recommend this company and would use them again for larger projects.
