Not sure if they were just overwhelmed w/ business at the time we contacted, but simply didn't follow-up on our consultation. The consultation went very well, and appeared that they understood what we wanted to accomplish. I was actually very impressed and this company was at the top of the list to do our kitchen, master bath remodels and backyard. We were told we should have a rough estimate within a week or so. After that, there was absolutely no follow-up -- we called 3-4 times over a couple of weeks and they never returned any of the calls. Regretfully, we had to move on to other contractors. Hopefully just a fluke, and not an indication of how they normally do business.

From start to finish, we were very pleased with the service, communication and work that John and his team provided. John was always prompt, listened to our needs and showed vision to be able to transform our family room into a desirable space. I appreciated his insight, advice and ideas throughout the project. Albrecht Wood Interiors is honest, fair, experienced, highly skilled, responsive, and overall, a great company to work with for a residential remodel project. My husband and I believe that the best compliment comes from those who will return for repeat business. We absolutely plan to work with AWI on our next project!
