John Ania worked on a gut renovation on my contemporary modern house in East Hampton. The scope of the project involved remediation, design and build of a 2 plus million dollar project. One of John's greatest assets is his experience with high end modern design. He was able to execute our entire project to our design fit and high expectations. I would recommend John for any medium to high end house renovation.

Alexim Builders had built another house down the street from us, and we thought that it was a beautiful job. I contacted John Ania of Alexim Builders, and he recommended an architect for us, who prepared wonderful plans. Alexim then built the house per the plans. Mr. Ania was completely trustworthy & scrupulous in supervising the construction. The house was exactly what we wanted, and we have had no complaints since it was built more than 3 or 4 years ago!
