Alissa is by FAR a cut above the rest. This was a big first project for me and choosing who I had by my side was as big of a decision. Alissa handled the restoration and remodel of our condo after it was totally destroyed from a flooded upper unit. She handled both insurance and construction facets of the project in a timely and professional manner. She was able to completely redesign the kitchen and add built in lighting that wasn't in the original construction within budget. We would never have been able to get half of the quality and style trying to navigate this complicated project by ourselves.

Alissa Jallad took her time with our consultation. She really listened to what we wanted to do...our dream. Her design was not only beautiful, but completely functional. She made our house a home that we could celebrate family in, as well as, grow old in. Her design was elegant, yet practical. Her attention to detail and professionalism was amazing. Many contractors indicated that her design could not be implemented. Well, she proved them wrong. She was an excellent client advocate, and never took her eye off the prize. Perseverance and bold determination is part of her genetic make up. She helped our remodel experience much smoother and easier and we could have ever managed to do by ourselves. Alissa Jallad of Allisa Jallad Interior Design is part of a wonderful group of designers through Forest Avenue Design in Birmingham, MI. Her leadership and execution of our plan assisted us in acheiving our goals in a timely and efficient timeframe. We were in the middle of building a home and became completely overwhelmed with the decision process and multiple deadlines. It started to become a burden and we began to be unhappy with all of it. She stepped in and made the entire process effortless, exciting and fun. Her gift of collaborating fabrics, colors, finishes and styles, along with your taste is wondferul! She gave our home a fresh, modern and sophisticated look while maintaining our budget and meeting our demanding needs.
