We could not be more grateful to have worked with the entire team at Apex Homes. Choosing this team is one of the best decisions we ever made. Mitch (Sensitive Information Hidden) (owner & founder of Apex Homes) was recommended to us when we were living in New York City and wanted to build our dream home in Denver, Colorado. His reputation as an honest General Contractor is a rare and refreshing one. His methodical attention to detail coupled with his keen eye for design is proven throughout his portfolio of incredible homes. While building a custom home can be a very daunting task, Apex held our hands each step of the way. Our process with Apex started earlier than with most other General Contractors. Apex assisted our realtor with finding a piece of land that checked all of our boxes in our dream neighborhood. The building process started with a timeline and a detailed budget. As the project progressed, timelines and budgets were tracked to ensure there were no surprises. Apex walked us through each phase and ensured we were on track in every detail of our home (cabinets, appliances, countertops, hardware, tile, plumbing, fencing, lighting to name a few). Our project, like all others, had some headache days, but the Apex team kept their integrity throughout. Each obstacle was met with giving us options (including the pros/cons of each) so that we could make an informed decision. We decided to build our dream home after the pandemic, during the timber craze, and while supply chain issues were impacting practically all materials. Amazingly, we stayed within our timeline and were UNDER budget! Not to mention, the first half of the project was all done remotely while we were still in NYC, and Apex was extremely helpful during that time we couldn't be onsite. It sounds too good to be true, even to us, but it happened. We couldn't recommend the Apex team enough, and feel so lucky to have found such amazing partners in the home-building experience.

We had a such a great experience working with Mitch and the team at Apex. We did a huge renovation/add on project in the west highlands neighborhood and Mitch expertly guided us through the entire process. Unlike many people we know who've had bad experiences with major home projects, Mitch and the Apex team made it as easy as it possibly could've been. They communicated well, kept their promises, backed up their worked, and delivered an incredibly high quality home on time and on budget. We're almost four years in to our new home and feel very grateful that we found Apex to be our builder. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering a custom home or remodel project.

We thoroughly recommend Mitch and the rest of the Apex team for building a custom home. We hired the Apex team because, first and foremost, Mitch seemed trustworthy, transparent, and fair. His track record and knowledge of costs of materials and services sealed the deal for us. In working with Mitch, we were able to hire one of his favored architects in late 2017, develop a thorough and realistic budget, get through City permitting, and build a beautiful custom home by January 2019. We've lived through the warranty period in what is still a beautiful, well-functioning, 4 year-old home and can attest to Mitch's work product standing the test of time. We're still very fond of him, personally and professionally. A few more reasons our experience with Apex was successful: (1) Mitch is a clear and effective communicator, with an evenhandedness and sense of fairness that bodes well in his dealings (even if adverse) with the City, vendors, subs, and clients. (2) He's detail-oriented, on the ball, and has tremendous hustle, meeting his own projected deadlines and, if at all possible, budget. (3) Mitch is knowledgeable, savvy, and established in the Denver development game, having been around through a recession, a frenzied home market, and now a period of historically high inflation. (4) He solves problems rather than making them bigger. We'd hire Mitch and the Apex team all over again if the opportunity arose.

We used Apex Homes for our home renovations in the Sloans Lake area of Denver. It was a complete renovation of an older home, basically taking the home down to the studs. We added about 1600 sqft and a roof top deck, while also fully updating all electrical, plumbing, and flooring. The process was extensive, but we were very pleased with the performance of Apex. They were upfront with us in regards to pricing and construction. It is a stressful process to go through, but Mitch Goldman helped guide us along the way. The quality of the work was also excellent. Mitch was great about following up as well if we had any concerns at all. I would highly recommend these guys based on our personal experience. Building a custom home was not something that seemed like a realistic option until we began working with Mitch Goldman and Apex Homes. Our story started with a small piece of land – actually, a side-yard to an existing home – and has ended with a beautiful home in the Highlands. Mitch led the charge, every step of the way. He found the land and worked as our broker, developed a realistic budget, introduced us to a highly regarded architect, managed the city permit process, and of course oversaw the complete build with an “A Team” of subcontractors. We're now in the process of working with Apex a second time around to build another house in Platt Park. Bottom line: Mitch is a true pro. He has a unique ‘sixth sense’ when it comes to real estate and development. Highly recommend.
