Charlie and Melissa have done more than 3 project for us over a 10 year span. During COVId was our biggest one to date. We love their professionalism, workmanship and best of all they are so easy to work with. Hands down I would choose them again. Each project we completed has been admired but many and I can easily feel confident to recommend them. They definitely have great design ideas and always add that extra element to make each project stand out.

Melissa and Charlie were great to work with. We had two renovation projects completed with them. From the first meeting to completion communication was open and easy. Projects were on time and on budget (one was early and under budget!). Trades were well managed and skilled. Construction space was kept clean and workers were respectful of the fact that we were still living in the home. I highly recommend them.

Appleford did not build to code and did not remediate the failed inspection. It cost us nearly $60,000 to undo their shoty work to get it to meet building code. They left us with a massive bill and a partially completed house to fix and finish. Would avoid this company at all cost and save yourself a lot of time and money

Charlie and Melissa did our renovation/new build on our 1927 bungalow that was completed in 8 months and 1 day. The scope of the project increased significantly with the discovery of a not so sound foundation. The planning and execution of each segment of the build went very smoothly. And when issues arose Charlie and his crew were able to respond quickly and to our exact specifications. The site was always looked after with as little impact as possible on our very understanding neighbors. During storms Charlie was there in the middle of the night making sure nothing was amiss. The crew and sub-trades that Charlie and Melissa employ were all stand up people with a great work ethic and an understanding of the stress a project like this is on a family. We have plans for Appleford to return to do our fence and build a new garage in the back yard.
