My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We have been working with Ryan on projects big and small since 2005. Over the past almost 20 years we have trusted Ryan with 2 major home renovations and far too many to count minor home projects. Our first major project included a second story addition (of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) plus a full kitchen + multi-bath remodel (while we lived in the house). The second project was a tear-it-down-to-the-studs full home renovation. Both projects turned out beautifully. Ryan is kind, caring, transparent, and trustworthy. He is dedicated, experienced, reliable, and patient. And most importantly, Ryan listens to women. I cannot stress what a difference it makes during a construction project to know that you are being heard. Ryan is like family to us, we trust him completely and we wholeheartedly recommend AR Concepts.

We have worked with Ryan for 10yrs. It started with a home restoration project, to include hard wood floor damage, wall damage, roof damage and more. We developed a very good relationship with Ryan and turned to him again for 2 remodel projects in the following years. Ryan is an excellent communicator, always explaining the process, cost and options. When I to talk to Ryan he was patient and always returned my calls in a very timely manner. We recently moved our laundry room upstairs and built a complete living space downstairs. We had many options on how to do this. Ryan spent time showing multiple options for this, always patient in explaining features and benefits of each. Ryan is a math wiz---his quotes are accurate and completely dependable. When we did make work order changes Ryan would sit down with us and explain costs as well as additional cost options. We highly recommend Ryan and team for projects large and small. great guy!

You won’t find a more honest and caring design build team than AR Concepts. It’s rare to find a contractor that treats the project as if it were their own home, and that was reflected in our finished product. From concept to construction we were very grateful to have their expertise and experience to lead us through the process. We always recommend them to any friends and family we hear looking to remodel or take on a custom build.

Autumn and Ryan are the most professional design and contracting team I've ever used, and I continue to use them and recommend them to all of my friends who need major and minor house renovations. My wife and I have known Ryan since 2012 when he was the GC on our home renovation - a complete gut of a 1929 home we purchased in Mission Hills. We stripped the house down to the drywall and added about 400 sf of new space. Ryan was the lead on getting us all new electrical, plumbing, moving walls and stairs, re-configuring bathrooms, and every aspect of the renovation. He was fantastic then and I've been using him ever since. More recently, after teaming up with Autumn to create AR Concepts, we have just completed a face lift of the exterior of our home that we could not afford back in 2012. This project included a new garage door, front door, and side gate that all matched, a new front porch metal pergola, and an awesome tiled front wall that makes the property so modern. I can't say enough good things about Autumn and Ryan.

My husband and I wanted to write a review about AR Concepts Design-Build, Inc. to share how incredible Ryan and Autumn and their team were with our remodeling project from start to finish. We had seen their completed work in two other homes that were beautiful! So, it was easy to choose AR Concepts Design-Build, Inc after seeing their excellent work in other homes. They were very easy to work with, Ryan and Autumn gave us ideas for our remodel while reminding us it was our home and they were there to help us achieve our vision, not the other way around. Autumn helped us with ever step of the design, gave us advice when we were unsure of what we wanted or needed. The construction phase was very well managed by Ryan who made sure he communicated with us constantly during the entire process. Ryan made sure every aspect of the construction was completed with perfection and on time. During the construction, at the end of everyday the work area was cleaned and tidied. They took care of our home as if it was theirs. We could not have asked for a better team to trust our home to than AR Concepts Design-Build, Inc with Ryan and Autumn in charge. Our home remodel is beautiful in every way, we love it, and are so very, very happy with the results. It was the best decision we could have made with our home to choose AR Concepts Design-Build, Inc. You cannot go wrong with Ryan and Autumn and their wonderful team to make your remodel smooth and beautiful.
