Aude-Mar has designed and built two houses for me, on difficult, sloped lots, and in relatively short time periods. The results have been spectacular, exceeding my expectations - the structures fit the terrain very well, bringing in the views very cleverly. The finishing has been tasteful and first-class, from built-in cabinets to kitchens to bathroom. I highly recommend them.

I hired Aude-Mar, Inc. to remodel a century old home that was challenging at best. With their architectural designs and their can-do attitude, they helped to turn a building not touched in 60 years to a contemporary dream. I loved their ‘no problem’ attitude!

I have had the pleasure to work with Aude-Mar for over 20 years and they have consistently proven to perform at a quality, professional and reliable level. Owned and operated by Sandra Martin,AIA and civil engineer Jose Fulginiti, they work closely with clients in establishing the best design, construction and attention to details throughout the process. Year over year I see their commitment and services hold to the highest standards and never disappoint.

Sandra and Jose did two remodeling projects for us. The first one was in 2005. We live on the hillside, in the Los Angeles area, and to move on with the project we needed to obtain height variance and yard variance. Just a word variance gives me chills. Jose and Sandra were with us every step of the way, they were present at all meeting, and this is the time before “the digital” age hit our city planning division. That meant going to the planning office multiple times. On time and on budget. As pictures tell a million words, here are some pictures of our phase one remodel. So, we had a great time adding 30x12 deck on the top of the four-story house on the hillside, we decided to do it again. In 2017 we decided to add an infinity swimming pool, on the second level of our four-story structure. Again, we had a great experience. We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. It has been about ten years since they completed our home and we are everyday enjoying living there tremendously, we constantly receive compliments from friends and families, and we love it. No issues or concerns about the home even after all these years.
