I hired and worked with Avant-Garde Contracting Group in February of 2022 to renovate my main kitchen. I had my own designer and architect and Avant-Garde Contracting Group served as the builder. I was a bit weary because I was aware Avant-Garde Contracting Group also has a team of Designers and Architects in-house, but I am glad to say that I had faith in the team and they delivered exceptional results. They worked seamlessly alongside my team and were completely transparent along every step of the way. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and the Avant-Garde Contracting Group team. Rishad and his team are definitely the way to go if you are looking for renovations in the NYC area.

Highly recommend! I worked with Avant-Garde Contracting Group near the end of 2021, they transformed my basement which was previously used for storage into a completely new space. They added a bathroom for my personal use and turned it into a new family space. The results far exceeded my expectations for what my basement could be transformed into.

The team was fully transparent from the beginning to the end with all costs, issues they foresaw arising later on, and with the timeline. From the inception of my townhouse project through to completion, it was an absolute ease. Avant-Garde Contracting has managed to turn construction in NYC into something that isn't a nightmare for homeowners. By Avant-Garde Contracting having a design team and a construction team working hand in hand; this allowed the team to stay within budget while delivering the results I expected from my meeting with the design team. Avant-Garde Contracting is the product of the upcoming generation bringing their experiences and talents into an old industry where you often hear horror stories and experiences, especially in the NYC area. I highly recommend the Avant-Garde Contracting team to anyone.
