Owner John Axmith is a waterfront specialist, who designs/builds all styles of homes - Classic/Traditional, Modern/Contemporary/Turkel, and utilizes a team approach collaborating with selected builders and hand selected suppliers for all projects. Whether personalizing an existing design or creating a totally unique design, John Axmith and his team are highly passionate about developing good balance and aesthetics, resulting in well proportioned homes that harmonize with their natural surroundings. It all starts with a vision or theme—size, style and shape, projects evolve in layers of design and detail—from initial site driven characteristics, to environmental and climatic conditions. Clients personal planning requirements are then melded into functionality of interior design, landscape, waterscape and numerous exterior components—all combined to round out the total project design.
