We can barely remember what our home interior looked like before working with B&B. Post B&B renovation, everything is much more functional and fits our family perfectly. After reviewing a kitchen remodel which included wall demolition with a few recommended contractors, the designs and advice just did not feel right. When B&B first came to our house, I knew the experience would be different than any other. After multiple visits and crawling through confined attic spaces, B&B did the work to determine removing our center wall would require some additional support. Jeff & the B&B team had more construction design vision than any company we’ve worked with in the past. I can’t say enough positive things about the entire team! We were very focused on the construction aspect of our renovation; however, I did not realize the interior design gem B&B has in Jen as part of their expert team. I still remember Jen asking if I needed help with furniture. I could not have made a better decision! This was such an unexpected bonus to our renovation project. From furniture to art work and accessories, Jen did a phenomenal job. Our home is so much more comfortable and functional. Every detail is perfect. We were not planning to stay in our renovated home too much longer, but now we can’t imagine leaving! On our next projects, I am trusting everything to B&B & Jen!

We loved working with designer Jen. She created beautiful and serene spaces not only in our newly renovated room, but throughout all the living areas in our home; a true sanctuary to come home to everyday! Jen has an innate sense of style and scale, and lead us through the design and décor process in a seamless way. She is very gifted in her craft, as well as a joy to work with. We look forward to working with Jen on other home projects in the near future. She is the best designer we have ever worked with.

We chose B&B because of their reputation and the quality of the homes they had built in our area. We were not disappointed! Owner Jeff and designers Nancy and Jen walked us through every step of the process. They knew what we had in mind from our favorite movie, “Something's Gotta Give”, set in a Robert Stern designed home in the Hamptons. They streamlined the selection process for us because they knew our preferences, helping us make the numerous choices needed when building, a very pleasurable experience. B&B added some significant custom architectural details and incorporated other fabulous ideas along the way, that we believe really added to the beauty of our home. We would not hesitate to recommend B&B.

We have used Jen Hutchinson, B&B's in-house designer, for multiple interior design projects. Every time, she has been spot on with what we were looking for because she took the time to listen and then apply her wide knowledge of what's out there. Whether it's big or small, paint color, furniture, or layout we can't imagine using anyone else!

Jen did a great job on my condo renovation, very professional and knowledgeable. She understood what i wanted to do and added some great ideas. Items ordered were on time and she was here when the items were delivered. I would recommend Jen for any interior design work that you need done.

Jeff has failed at completing our house in Plymouth. We did not get everything that was in our contract. We have found out that the guy that used to manage the build site has left! No wonder our whole build was a nightmare. Very disappointed with the whole deal. We have two windows that were defective and B &B has had them since April and they still haven’t put them in. My list is so long for what needs to be completed. I would not recommend him for anything.

B & B is THE premiere builder in our area. If you want your house designed and built right, you can't go wrong with B & B. Yes, they are expensive. But, I'd rather pay more up-front than correcting shoddy construction for years to come. After all, what is really more expensive? Pay now or later. B & B designed and built our home about 5 years ago and finished our basement just recently. Simply put, they build it right from the beginning. You really don't fully appreciate this until living in a B & B home for a few years. If something does go wrong, they back up their work. They also have a loyal base of subcontractors that do quality, reliable work. Their staff has remained a constant and you can always rely on them.

Jeff Baiocco and his team understood our vision -- a warm, inviting contemporary home -- and delivered on that promise. From initial planning to completion, the project was executed meticulously. The process was exacting and the B&B team, Nancy, Chad and Travis, made sure that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with them. In 2012, our home was named as a Design Awards finalist by Detroit Home Magazine.

I have only the highest praise and recommendation for B&B Custom Builders! As Project Manager for multiple projects for which we used B&B, I can attest to their commitment to quality, professionalism and expertise. From the planning and design process, to quotes and budget management, B&B excelled. We especially appreciated the sensitivity they had in keeping any business interruption to a minimum throughout all phases of the projects. When it came time to make selections, B&B was helpful and patient in helping me make the best choices for my style and budget. B&B Investments built a new family room, bath, laundry room, garage, workshop complex on our house. I say "complex" because the project was very complex, from the tear down of the original 1932/1960's structure that was replaced, to the matching of the finished brick to the original house. From our first visit with Jeff Baiocco until the last detail was finished everone at B&B was very professional and showed a great deal of concern for our needs and wants. This was a big renovation. It was done on time and within budget. The best thing I can say about our experience is that we would recommend B&B to anyone who asked.
