Bat City Builders is a design-build company founded on a passion for honest negotiation and transparent business practices. We utilize negotiation expertise to bring cost-effective solutions to homeowners for all of their renovations, remodels, and new home builds. We believe honesty and transparency are the best tools to start our client relationships, which translates to a strong foundation. Starting a large-scale project can be exhausting and stressful for a homeowner, but that's what we're here for. We manage your project so that you aren't burdened by it. We will see your project through and ensure it exceeds your expectations. Our average project size is a multi-room remodel starting in the $200K range. Full kitchen and bath remodels are our smaller project size and whole-house remodels to custom builds are our larger end. If you're interested in having a small job completed, such as repainting a room, we also have the ability to provide that service. We work in the greater Austin area, Cedar Park, Georgetown, West Lake, and more.

Bat City Builders were a great partner when I decided to do some remodeling to my home. Before starting, they worked closely with us to identify what was realistically and reasonably possible and to eliminate options that would have prolonged the project or increased the cost. They also spent time helping guide and advise design decisions that are often hard to make due to having too many options. They were also very helpful, focused, and persistent during the remodeling process. To paraphrase a common saying, "No remodeling plan survives first contact with the city". With all the hurdles that the city put up, Bat City Builders persevered through the red tape and got the final paperwork and permits in a better place than before the project. When it came to supply constraints, vendor hiccups, contractor scheduling, etc. Bat City Builders were on top of it all and also very transparent. At no point was I blindsided by cost changes, delays, or adjustments to the plan. Everything was shared openly and no work was done without approval. I would be glad to work with Bat City Builders again for any home build or remodeling project.

I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. I'm very happy and grateful to have had the chance to work with them.
