Beautiful aesthetic if not always practical applications. Visionary and creative. Unique ideas. Varying degree of professionalism and skills amongst subs. End product a visual masterpiece; some workmanship lacking. Maintenance not always practical. Difficult to find craftsmen/vendors for maintenance issues. Little to no follow up upon project completion.

Jeff Strnad and Beach House Design have managed two major (9 and 12 months respectively) remodels for us of two different homes. He is everything you want in a general contractor--smart, honest, on-time, on budget and he works with a superb group of talented craftsmen that are his subcontractors. He has an excellent eye for design and is creative in his thinking. He isn't cheap--nor would I expect him to be--but we made a LOT of money on the sale of the first house he remodeled for us--so he provides excellent value. The photo included was from the house was still under construction and the hardscape in the yard had not been done yet, but you can see the fine stone, stucco and glass and tile work on the exterior of the home.

Provides a A+ quality professional work and deliverers superb product. His experience in the high-end residential work specially in the beach modern homes is great. His work is well recognized in the community.

When Jeff Strnad comes to mind so do the words "attention to detail". Working with Jeff was a pleasure! He built our home as though he was building his own. Jeff at Beach House Design and Development is talented and passionate about building homes. We are excited to be working with him, our project is currently underway. He is organized and up to date with all that technology can do to enhance communication between a client and their builder. He is wonderfully organized and consistently communicates timelines and expectations.
