Benning Design Construction took a 1970 mid-century modern and transformed it into a 2020 mid-century modern. Erin's thoughtful design approach turned old, out-dated to fresh, new and modern. Her design fits the house, our lifestyle and our eclectic furniture and rugs, making it all feel like us but up-to-date. When it came time to do the construction, we felt like Eric gave us their 'A-Team' . Luke and his team were diligent, thorough and careful. They worked solidly on our job, except for short periods when third party delays (ie. heating/air, shower glass) caused them to wait. The entire design/build process took less than a year for a full remodel. Thank you team!

Awesome , super talented team of nicest people ! Bruce and Erin designed my new home in Sacramento. Couldn’t be happier with all of the choices they recommended and I am so happy I listened ! My home is still very “me” and very family friendly but yet super stylish.

We initially hired Benning Design to remodel and update our downstairs living area. That area included; our kitchen, family room, dining room, home theater, bar and guest bathroom. From start to finish we were impressed with their professional, thoughtful and caring approach to their work. Their team put a lot of effort into making sure we are pleased through out the process, and that budgets and deadlines were met. We knew from their experience that we could trust them with the design schemes for our house. When they were done we were amazed with the results. Our home had been transformed from an old, outdated interior to a beautiful, contemporary designer showcase. We love their work so much we are currently undergoing a full upstairs remodel.

I worked with Bruce on a restaurant project in El Dorado Hills, CA. He has the ability and vision to be really creative and try things that are paradigm shifting, definitely outside the box.
