Beringer Fine Homes has completed quite an extensive remodel of our home in Scottsdale. We had an outstanding experience. Tim has such great vision and gave us ideas that have made our ordinary house into an extraordinary home! We have been very pleased on so many levels: exceptional quality of craftsmanship, respectful sub-contractors, an aggressive timeline with all completion dates met, Linda from design services (Invision Design) had an innate ability to grasp our style and presented designs that reflected our desired outcome but she kicked it up ten fold with a vision we could never have imagined. Tim Beringer is a pleasure to work with and very dependable. He cares about quality of design and craftsmanship. He is innovative and welcomes a new challenge. I hope to build a home with Beringer Fine Homes in the future.

The design process was outstanding with exciting creative conceptuals. The build process was very rewarding , on time and budget. The builder was personally involved in the design and build and took an ownership and professional pride that made our dream home become a reality. Tim is a creative and practical designer with keen attention to detail and high standards for perfection in his building projects. He devotes all the time necessary in the design process to interpret the needs and wishes of his clients, and maintains close communication throughout the construction phase to modify or reinterpret the final design as needs arise. We enjoyed our renovation so much that we have hired Beringer Fine Homes to do another renovation project this summer (2013...work will begin soon) He brought our project in on time and on budget, save for a few additions and issues that could not be determined before hand. Outstanding home builder. He built our custom home. The home is simply stunning and has received numerous compliments and awards for excellence. It is our dream home and thanks to Tim, we are exceptionally happy with the result. He is a perfectionist and had many ideas during construction that certainly improved the home. From planning, construction, coordinating all the subcontractors and interior design, Tim and his outstanding staff had all the right ideas and solutions that have made our home simply a special place to live. Tim Berlinger built our Lee Hutchinsom designed home. Lees's desigs are complex: all rounded walls; arched and curved ceilings; horizontal and vertical substantial vegas; a full challenge for any contractor. Tim did a great job and we are more than pleased. He continues to be helpful if we have any questions.
