As a Designer I have worked with many builders over the years. I decided on Biggerstaff Construction for my personal home and would recommend them in a heart beat! From start to finish the communication and follow through was exceptional from both Jerad and his Project Manager Billy. They also allowed my husband and I to participate as much as we wanted to in the decision-making process which was essential for us. We love our home and would work with them again if the chance arises!

Jerad is a wonderful home builder! We love the quality of our new home and really appreciate the ease of working with Biggerstaff Construction. Jerad and crew have been very responsive to us, Not only is the house we bought of superior quality, but the team at Biggerstaff is top notch!

We're really pleased with the work we had done on our decking this winter by Biggerstaff Construction in Big Sky. The work was performed beautifully and in a very timely manner, and the completed structure is just what I had ordered! Fair price, quality work... yeah... as a long time owner of several homes in Big Sky, Biggerstaff is the best choice. By the way, I had another well known Big Sky construction company quote our work request, and the quote was nearly 30% higher, with so many additions of 'fluff for profit', it made my head spin. Hard to get dependable work done wherever you live, but Biggerstaff is a superior company to work with!

Biggerstaff Construction has done several projects for me at Big Sky Mt. all were great, on time and on budget . Jerard and his employees are true professionals. I live in Florida and I did not have to worry about the work being done right I could count on Biggerstaff Construction.

Biggerstaff Construction was a delight to work with and built us a beautiful house. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have many years of experience in the business. Everyone we worked with was respectful and responsive. The owners go above and beyond to not only build a quality house, follow the timeline while maintaining a strong relationship with the home owners through out the process. They believe in high quality work. They stand by what they do. They are very personable and care a lot about the whole process from start to finish and even after. This was the first time we had ever been involved in building something, had a lot to learn, and they worked with us every step of the way and helped us navigate the many tough decisions that come with building a house. I highly recommend them as builders and as caring people.

I hired Biggerstaff Construction to complete a major extension to my house. They did a good job in completing the job in the estimated time frame and very close to the original budget (it was a time and materials contract). The work quality was very good. We only had a couple of items that had to be fixed and Biggerstaff made the fixes to my satisfaction. I found them to be very honest and a pleasure to work with.

We have known Bob and Jerad of Biggerstaff Construction for some time now. In 1991 they build a wonderful, custom designed home for us in Bozeman, MT. After 24 years we have had no problems, and it still is a unique and wonderful home with what are still up to date custom touches. Four years ago, we added an outdoor gas fire pit, concrete patio and new decking, which Biggerstaff construction completed. Biggerstaff Construction has built three homes for us in the past five years. They do beautiful, high-quality work, were able to stay with in our budget, and completed the projects on time. We especially appreciated the easily accessible communication and the ability to participate as much as we wanted to in the decision-making process.

I have worked with Biggerstaff Construction on several projects. The most recent one is a kitchen remodel, replacing appliances, upgrading counters to granite, installing a new custom built wine rack etc. It is shaping up beautifully! The previous project was several years ago to cover the outdoor patio space with a roof and skylights so the space was usable (it was unbearable sitting out there in the hot sun). That project turned out wonderful with Biggerstaff carrying the theme of the house (rustic with log structural components) to the patio area.

Jerad Biggerstaff and his foreman Billy Templeton were excellent to work with. As a woman business owner I have come across many contractors and subs in the past that treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Biggerstaff and all of their subs were wonderful, respectful, clean, thorough and got the work done on time, and on budget. I would highly recommend them if you are planning to build. Biggerstaff Constructions did a remarkable job for us on the remodel of our log home. It was a tricky job but at all times we were treated to a smile and the job proceeded expeditiously. We are very satisfied customers. If the occasion should arise we would not hesitate to use them again.
